The prices are also pretty good, especially for the day to day stuff. So far, we have gotten just a few items that have made a huge difference in her art! They have just about everything you could need, or can order it (no cupcake boxes tho...). The tools are all far better than Wilton on quality and they just make more sense... if that makes any sense :-) The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The have been very helpful to us so far and the owner even opened once for me while they were closed so I could get an Xmas Gift for my wife! Some of the best items are the Pre-cut Cake Boards, the spray colorings and we tried the pre made Fondant(although we make our own, always good to have a quick backup) and it was much better than anything else you can get pre-made. They also have tons of presses for shapes and textures. We have not taken any of the classes but seem like a good quality and use teachers from the area, as well as some brought in from all around as I'm told. Price wise... I guess that the classes are fair, out of most folks budget though unless you are a pro for the high end stuff. The smaller classes are more reasonable. If you bake, this is a must stop!

Right away we knew she was the right fit for us. She took the time to get to know us before we contracted, so both sides knew what they were getting into. We picked the Full Planning Package, and that allowed us to occasionally get distracted by buying a house and major job changes without worrying that we were losing track of our wedding checklist and timetable. We met frequently and every time I came away feeling more and more prepared for the day. She brought things up I wouldn't have even considered, she helped give advice but never pushed. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about anything but what was happening in the moment. A truly precious gift. Kristen and her assistant really went above and beyond. The day truly felt like us. Thank you Kristen for being a rock for us throughout everything!! I am SO GLAD I took their advice, and so glad I came across Abryanna. At the point I hired her, she had done just a few weddings, but from her professionalism and sunny demeanor, it was obvious she was meant for this. She provided great insight and advice throughout the process, and I appreciate her work for my new husband and I. Her biggest value truly came the wedding day, though. She kept everything running smoothly, finalized venue setup while we were all in hair/makeup, and headed up the team effort to put out a rather large fire just before the ceremony, and kept the flames at bay during the reception. That last part was invaluable to me, as it was a worry throughout the planning year that came true, even though no one believed me it would. They have so many other wedding services and items that I ended up getting so I am beyond happy to get everything in one place!!! Let me say that Angie is the sweetest, most patient person! I first emailed her and she responded so quickly to all of my questions. She even went above and beyond to provide me extra pictures that were sent to my phone because it was difficult to capture everything they have in the showroom. I was texting her back and forth and she sent me a lot of pictures and answered every question that I had for the centerpieces that I was interested in. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I got all the information I needed and she invited me to see the showroom to which I scheduled an appointment shortly thereafter. The showroom was gorgeous and nicely presented. I saw what I wanted right away and Angie was very helpful in helping me set up my vision. So lets back track to ~ 1 hour after we left our previous yelp review, my fiancee gets a voicemail that CCBS is returning our deposit (Score +1 for yelp!). We check our account and there were no pending transactions or sign our deposit is coming back to us, "oh well", we think, "I'm sure these things take some time". So fast forward to today, my fiancee gets a phone call from the same employee from CCBS who begins yelling at my fiancee because we left a negative yelp review! Fortunately there's a big red button that allows unwanted phone calls to end rapidly. A few minutes later she calls back again! At this point my 2-days-before-wedding-not-stressed-at-all bride had had enough and wasn't going to take the same verbal abuse. Thinking that was the end of that, we get a text from the owner stating our future marriage is already in need of counseling from the owner of CCBS himself. Update 6/5/15: I know we've all been eagerly awaiting how this plays out but I'm glad to report the deposit came through last night.
