She was very helpful and took the effort to get to learn about my hair and preferences a week before my appointment. She shared multiple ideas and suggestions via text after a discussion over the phone. I opted to get my hair cut and highlighted. I hadn't cut my hair in over 6 months cause of the lockdown. My hair has not been colored / highlighted for 10-15 years. She did a great job with my hair. Gave me a super fun hair cut and nicely done highlights. She came over and was thoughtful enough to get shoe covers. Was smack on time. I appreciate the punctuality. She disinfected everything before starting the appointment. Made great conversation. She accommodated my request of doing my hair outdoors on my balcony. Once the haircut and color was done, she was kind enough to wait 40-45 mins until I washed out the product from my hair. Sign of dedication and professionalism. I received a lot of compliments for my hair. The hair color I chose was a bit bold and I was a bit uncomfortable with a few chunks of color looking too strong. She was kind enough to come over the second time with no extra charge and redid that small chunk of hair. I didn't even have to chase her for it. She proactively set the appointment and made sure I was comfortable with the hair color. I highly recommend her services. She is great and clearly knows what she is doing

They have relationships with some amazing hair extension vendors domestic and internationally I believe (there's one that supplies Russian hair whose quality literally puts both Great Lengths and HairDreams hair to shame - no exaggeration- I've worn both before discovering Devin and Chris). As Subject Matter Experts, they use a customizable solution (technique/type of hair) for each individual client as opposed to a typical cookie cutter approach like GL/HD "Platinum Partner Salons" that are limited by their own hair/application methods including bonding equipment. As to me, as the result of some serious matting both pre and post COVID-19 quarantine and a haircut gone seriously bad, I turned to GL/HD *cold fusion* to fill in multiple patches of super short / chopped off hair as it grows back in and tape ins are enabling me to safely do that (zero hair damage as long as you keep up with your 6-8 week move up appts); I just wish I'd found them sooner!! They are both beyond professional, courteous, kind, compassionate and work super efficiently. It's also worthy to mention that although their speciality/true passion is hair restoration (include extension application), they're also top notch stylists AND colorists to boot. I'm somewhat of a hair color snob since my hair tends to turn brassy as it lifts if the formula/process is not right and have definitely had more than my share of nightmares over the years!. That said, Devin's base bump on my 4" COVID roots using highlights and toner alone rivaled the same result Rita Hazan (NYC) had been producing the past 20 years using a double process and expertly matched the extensions. Last but not least, their prices are more than competitive especially compared to the big "name brand" companies who charge by the bundle plus labor.
