This place was VERY good! My husband and I absolutely loved their burgers and fries. We didn't try…read morethe milkshake because we aren't really milkshake people but we ARE burger people. I always say that a burger needs to stand out from other "traditional" burger places, and the ingredient that stood out to me the most was the pickles. The pickles were most definitely house-pickled, and they had such a good kick to the burger! We loved them. After our first bite, my husband and I looked at each other because we immediately noticed that the pickles were different. Then we took our second bite, and it was just a great explosion of flavor in your mouth. We were actually the second customers there, so our burgers were made fresh right after we ordered. The guy working was by himself at the time, taking orders and making the food, so I definitely recommend being patient if you visit when they're short-staffed. Someone came in after us and was told there would be about a 30-minute wait, and I honestly completely understood. He was doing everything himself! We also talked about going back to try their onion rings and maybe even giving their milkshake a shot. Our drink of choice this time was a Michelada, and they use Clamato, which was a HUGE plus for me. I personally can't stand Michis made with Bloody Mary mix. This one was tasty and paired perfectly with our burgers. Overall, we had a really good experience and a delicious meal. If you're coming to Swagyu, I recommend bringing a little patience and optimism. You're getting fresh food, and it's worth the wait!

I will say, the guy who took our order was very nice, so no complaints at all about the service. Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing. We both ordered the El Swagador burger and neither of us liked it. The meat lacked seasoning, and the pork belly tasted off to both of us. I ordered mine without the serrano chilies (thank goodness), because my boyfriend kept them on his and said it was way too spicy to even enjoy. I also ordered an Oreo milkshake, but it was pretty bland and lacked flavor. The only things we actually enjoyed were the onion rings and fries. For almost $100 total, we left feeling like we completely wasted our money -- especially paying $26 per burger and not even finishing half of them. The restaurant also didn't feel very clean and lacked any atmosphere or vibe. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience missed the mark for us and needs a lot of improvement. Sadly, we won't be back.

I'm waiting for my OG double burger with no cheese and only raw onions l. My son Jordan is getting the fatty melt on Texas toast. French fries with mango habanero sauce on the side. In replacement of the no Lumpia I chose the Fried Pickles. They are still the same ownership so I will have to make a visit to their other location soon") I am not going to compare their burgers and just go with their own style and take. Fried pickles came out first and it was breaded and as I bite into it the pickle pulls away from the fried breading. It it well seasoned though ")! Waiting on our burgers for 30 minutes. They finally bring them to us. So the burger patties are like crumbled into the burger bun and doesn't hold up as well. There is a slight char going and patty is a little dry. I was not expecting the raw onions to just be cube cut and not round slices either. I don't know how how I feel yet but my son likes his Fatty Texas Toast Patty with the aoli sauce. Maybe try something else down the line. At least I tried it. Am not comparing to others l.

The cheesy patty on rye bread was still delicious, and there were more fries than I could eat. Not much of a crowd except for the comics themselves, maybe 10-12 with a very entertaining host in between. All were good but many were hilarious including a first-timer. Fun vibe for sure, I would happily go again. I deducted one star because as a new guest, I asked the bartender if they had any special house cocktails. She seemed to hear the word special and thought I meant cheap. I said not necessarily cheap, but do you have any interesting house cocktails here. She said no, so I ordered something boring. Then I got the food menu which on the back had an entire list of house cocktails. But service overall was excellent.

This particular occasion, myself and another patron sat down at the bar and waited....and waited...and..... Finally I asked the cook if there was a bartender. He told me "no bartender. the bar is closed for an hour". Now wouldnt you think that IF the bar was closed at a Bar and Grill they would maybe close the doors and not let people sit there and wait for somebody that never shows up? Just a thought. I dont know if they changed ownership possibly, but this kind of (lack of) service is not going to fly with the general public. Its a shame. I use to love this place.
