Pros: It's a food truck. I love food trucks. Service was good. Nice fellas. No issues. The food was excellent. I love a good crunchwrap. And they gave me a side of three separate little salsas along with the birria jus. Cons: No cons. Really nice food truck. Even fairly priced. Tips: Get the birria crunchwrap. Trust me. It was very good.

Attended the Tasty takeover and was happy to see the pass kitchen there! I've ordered from their location years go and enjoyed the birria ramen with egg and their tacos so we decided to order from here. We ordered the burrito with steak and ramen ( they do not have egg at the events , I was so sad ) but the food was super flavorful and delicious. Before I knew, my hubby had devoured the burrito before I even finished my ramen lol . Service was amazing per usual we loved the food truck vibe. A lot people came out for the event!

Small hole in the wall spot tucked away in Altamonte Springs! It is take out or curbside pickup only. I placed my order online and it was ready so fast. Even though the inside is just a pickup window it was still so cute. Loved the birria krunchwrap. It was big and had lots of flavor. The elote was really lime forward and creamy. Chips and queso was also great

Although I have not had the chance to visit their actual ghost kitchen location in Altamonte, I did have the wonderful opportunity to visit their food truck at the Orlando Fringe Festival. Accompanied by a friend, we stopped by The Pass Kitchen food truck with high hopes. Not only did they meet all expectations, but they exceeded them. The staff was kind and engaging. That is also part of the reason we ended up eating at The Pass Kitchen over another food truck that was in consideration. It was solely due to how engaging the staff was. Also, their frescas were super tasty, which is mostly what I had. I only had a little corner of what my friend ordered, and it was super tasty. I am not typically a burrito girly, which is what my friend ordered, but I am a taco girly. So, I am looking forward to visiting their ghost kitchen and trying out more of their menu, in particular, their tacos, because I've heard nothing but wonderful things. Finally, the price point was super reasonable. They've made a fan out of me. They will be in my fav local food spot rotation!

One of the most charming and delicious take out finds this year. The lady behind the desk was nice and packaged our food with care. The waiting room has a laidback ambience with a tv which made the wait even more of a breeze. Unfortunately i'm not local to the area but i hope to come back again on my next trip. My friends were really happy with what they got

We went to the Tasty Food Takeover event. I ended up ordering the Beef Birria Burrito. The service was good. It was only a 15 minute wait since there was a decent size line. The Burrito was really good. I tried it without and with sauce. I loved both. I even squeezed the lime on the burrito which gave it a different flavorful taste. Before I knew it, the burrito was gone. It had me wishing it was a little bigger!

The Krunch wrap is very tasty and comes with various sauces for you to dip in! It was a little bit on the pricey side, but had great flavors and very filling!

Arguably some of the best tacos in town. The picture I added here was two tacos the day after I bought them and they were still bomb. There is nowhere to sit. You have to order for pick up online or on their site. They have a food truck that is at a lot of food truck events like tasty Tuesday in Orlando. I have never had their food from the food truck only from the location on sunrise Lane. There was one time where they didn't include one taco order, but they profusely apologized and refunded me or offered to make it, but I was already too far away.

I got the hot honey pepperoni pizza and was disappointed that they very clearly forgot to add the hot honey. So I can't speak on that flavoring but the pizza itself was good. My husband got the birria tacos and loved it. The takeout order process was long. I was told my order was ready and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before we received our food. There was a long line waiting and only one person at the front so they just clearly seen over staffed and not an organized way for people to receive their food for Togo orders.

Local Hidden Gem As an Altamonte Springs local, I often find myself dodging the chain restaurants and looking for something more local. The Pass Kitchen is a local hidden gem that I plan to return to. Don't let the location scare you away, it almost did us. The Pass Kitchen is located in a very unusual area, which seemed to be industrial. We were thrown off by this upon arrival to pick up the to go order. Don't judge a book (aka location) by its cover! My boyfriend ordered the Birra Stacked Grilled burrito. The portion size was huge and this was delicious. I think I even liked it better than my meal. I ordered the chicken tinga burrito, and it was to die for. We also ordered a side of chips and queso. The chips were seasoned to perfection and the sauce was creamy. For the two of us, the total was around $40. I was surprised that it didn't go down when I removed several items from my burrito (such as beans), but that was ok as it was worth it. We will definitely return. Our meals were delicious, but the entire menu is appetizing, so maybe we will try a different item!

Just OKAY. Cute little taco spot. But the food is just alright. Nothing special. Got the chicken tinga tacos and steak tacos. No dine in option. Service is okay. Little disappointed because the food looks better than it tastes. A little more expensive than other take out taco places.

Birria Quesadilla Birria Beef

We have the pass kitchen most Thursdays because they have a booth outside of tactical brewing. I haven't been to their actual store front but we absolutely LOVE their food. The birria is tender, flavorful, and goes perfectly on the krunch wrap or quesadilla. The food amount is never skimped and the consume is delicious. The service is always friendly.

We each have our go to drinks but this time we decided to do the first round of the table all Mexican old fashions and we all agreed 10/10 and ended our last round with them as well. Appetizers included : chips and salsa and queso, birria tacos and a Vida bowl. My entree was the plaintain sushi with shrimp and oh my my my ! 1000/10! I ordered one to go lol. Everyone enjoyed dinner and cocktails and before leaving we split the churros served with caramel and raspberry sauce. We already made plans to come back next week for lunch or dinner with a few more people ! We live la Vida loca !!!

We ordered the enchiladas, which came with rice and a salad. And when I say salad, I mean WHO KNEW A SIDE SALAD COULD BE THAT GOOD?! Seriously, it was so fresh and delicious that I'd happily order it all by itself! The décor was lovely, the atmosphere was upbeat, everything was clean, and the food was FRESH, FRESH, FRESH! You can absolutely taste the difference, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Now, my only "complaint" -- and I hesitate to even call it that -- is more of a cultural shock to our Mexican-restaurant-loving souls. Apparently, the chips and salsa come with a $4 charge rather than being complimentary, as we've come to expect at pretty much every other Mexican restaurant we've visited in our lives. We were a little taken aback and, on principle, decided to pass on that particular $4 experience. ‍ But honestly, that little surprise didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful lunch. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and we'll absolutely be back! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for fresh, flavorful Mexican food in a clean, inviting atmosphere. Just know that the chips and salsa aren't on the house!

The place is totally decorated inside with beautiful murals to give it an edgy Mexican restaurant vibe. You order at one of their kiosks that has pictures with each menu item listed, so it's easy to order. I wonder tho, since there are only 2 kiosks that if there are multiple indecisive or new people like us trying to order, would that mean a person could encounter a bit of a wait to order? My hot cheeses birria tacos were just fabulous! It didn't take long, maybe 10-12 min for them to bring the food out. The flavor was rich and blended together so we'll. The ingredients tasted fresh and well seasoned. I wish this place Assad right next to my house so I could come here regularly. However, I do plan to return here because the food was great!

I ordered the birria ramen, it was very bland and didn't taste like anything, no flavor in the meat or broth. I should've ordered the birria grilled cheese with the tomato ramen. We also ordered chips with guacamole, the chips needed salt and the guacamole was definitely missing something. The Caribbean tacos were just ok. I probably would not be back, I feel like Mexican food is supposed to be very flavorful and everything we tried just wasn't it. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars was for the employees, and ambiance was good.

Her young daughter was helping her with various task. She was so kind to her daughter when she spoke to her. I knew that my goal of supporting a small business was spot on for the day. I ordered the two taco lunch special. I had the brisket and the Al Pastore tacos. Homemade small corn tortillas, fresh cilantro, onions, garnished with a fresh lime, and some pretty spicy salsas. The rice and beans were very flavorful, and I really appreciated the fact that the beans were still whole versus a purée. Absolutely some very tasty food today for lunch. For $10 you get everything that I have shown in the pictures including the drink. Go support this family and have yourself some tasty tacos .
