It tastes homemade and rich instead of tasting icy or artificial. I totally get why this spot is always busy and why so many people love it. The staff were really friendly too and the line moved pretty fast even though there were lots of people coming in. That's one thing I noticed even when it's packed, they're super efficient. The gelato is also dense and creamy, without being heavy, like authentic gelato should be (not airy). I've tried many flavours over the years and they are all amazing. I've never had a miss. My personal favourites include pistachio, yoghurt, mango, ferrero rocher, and hazelnut. I love that they make their gelato in-house. The ladies who work there know their stuff and take pride in their business. They also let you sample flavours before you commit.
