Unfortunately, this place doesn't know how their EV chargers work. I have now twice parked there and didn't get a charge. On this occasion, I had to call 3 times and when he finally went out to look at the plug, he just made sure it was plugged in and didn't do anything to ensure that power was flowing. No check of gfci, nothing. Someone else came 20 minutes later and did reset it. So I bumped them up to 3 stars. But this has been way too frustrating and there's a decent chance I don't use them again. read more

Came here to park at the West location near BWI for an upcoming trip. I am a member of the Spot Club and they do send out specials via email. The special I received was discount on parking that you could reserve up to a month before use. I was sent a QR code shortly before my trip to use when coming to the business. Upon entering the business, I was directed by a pleasant staff person to checkin in via QR code and they radioed the driver to let them know we were coming in and to wait to take us to the airport terminal. We parked and the pleasant driver assisted us with our luggage, gave us a card with our parking space number, and after picking up a couple more customers, we were on our way to the airport. Once we arrived at our airline stop, they assisted us with taking off our luggage. When we return, there is an area outside of BWI where they will come and we will board the van to take us to the business to pick up our vehicle. All in all, The Parking Spot West adequately meets the needs for off-airport parking for us. read more

I wanted to try Parking Spot out .. because they are cheaper than the Economy lot at BWI. The shuttles are the short yellow bus with dots on it. However there's a major difference with North and West lots. West is further and you'll save money.. it was $9.95 with special rate they had. North is closer and you'll pay about the same rate as the Economy airport rate. West: the shuttles were unpredictable. When traveling, time is crucial. Which is why you get to the airport at least 2 hours in advance for domestic. The drivers are decent. However their timing is unpredictable. Many passengers were not happy because the ran later than expected. Sometimes the shuttle gets cramped. Do I recommend this? No. The airport shuttles are more reliable and just seems more safer, especially when traveling alone and returning to car late at night. Plan accordingly, if you do use this shuttle, get here early. read more

Good Saturday Afternoon - I just got home from being down at your location this morning from about 7:15AM until 9:30AM and left to drive home. I must indicate that I am not happy about the fact that I drove down about 75 miles each way (For Nothing) and will explain the reason why. This is regarding a package that we forgot to grab from the top shelf of your shuttle yesterday (Friday) late afternoon. The items that were in the Duty Free Bag (Thick Clear Plastic Bag with 2 Black Wire Ties), contained 1 Carton of Marlboro Red, 2 Boxes of Perfume - Blue, 1 Box of Cologne - Calvin Klein HIM and 1 Larger Box of Tequilia. The Cost of these items that were in that bag is $215.00, I do have the receipt if required. Time Line: Our flight was an International Flight from Cancun, we arrived around 4:47PM, had to clear customs and get our 2 pieces of luggage, we went out the door to our pickup location which is Zone 4, We just missed one shuttle and waited a little bit of time and the next shuttle grabbed us, he was a very nice young Asian gentleman, he had some tattoo on the back right arm, and also noticed hanging behind his drivers seat was a possible small suitcase or a backpack, had a different style of design on it. We got picked up roughly around 5:15 - 5:30 as the attached parking receipt shows, we scanned out at 5:50PM. Note that times are approximate. When he picked us up, he did grab both our suitcases and placed them on the floor of the bottom rack. I had a black backpack along with the plastic bag I carried on, I placed that plastic bag on the very top shelf toward the left side. We departed and headed back to the parking lot, he dropped off 3 other folks before us, we were parked in H, at the very end facing the go kart track. Yes, it was our mistake for forgetting to grab that package, he carried both our suitcases off the shuttle and placed them behind our 2024 White KIA Seltos, I tipped him and thanked him and he had to drop off 1 last passenger. We scanned our QR Code and left, as shown in the picture is my call log when we got home, I called and left a voice message with a gentleman, not sure who that was. I called back a minute or two later and hit some option and got a young gentleman on the phone, explained what happened and all he said it will be in the Lost & Found, come in and claim it, that is why I drove in this morning to pick it up, he offered zero help in essence. He did not offer to check or anything, just said Lost & Found. So, I drove in this morning and spoke to a young lady who was working the booth, she called someone and checked the booth next to the main and the package was not there. She said a manager will be in at 9:00AM, so I waited in my car for 1.5 hours until 9:00, no manager, I waited an extra 30 minutes, no manager, walked over and spoke to the young man working that came on at 8:00AM who drives some black car that parked next to me, really no help, I asked if he could call someone and he was not interested in that, he wrote down this email and the GM's Name, I wrote down my name and number and got a call from a very nice young lady who is a supervisor, that call came in at 10:33AM from my call log, she explained it takes a few hours for the recordings to come in and that a manager will review on Monday and give me a call. So, a few things might have happened, the guy that was still on the shuttle could have walked off with the bag, it's possible that some other passenger when he went back and picked up new flight arrivals could have taken it or the driver took it. When you review the recordings, you will see our luggage, I am very tall and my wife has long blonde hair with a white baseball style hat on, you will see me carrying my backpack and that package, my wife is carrying a white backpack as well, you will see both suitcases on the bottom floor of the rack, you will see me set that package on the top shelf, then you will see us driving and getting unloaded without that package, so that recording will eventually show who removed it from the top shelf and left with it. And why was I not informed that I should not drive down this morning from whoever I spoke with yesterday ?? They could have checked and immediately called that driver to secure that package. read more

This was the easiest and most efficient way to park at BWI. I made a reservation online and prepaid so all I had to do was show up and was directed to a section with open spots. Within 60 seconds I was picked up by shuttle and given a card with details on my location for my return. I returned to BWI at 2 am in the morning and my shuttle driver Jamar picked me up at the curb outside baggage claim Within 3 minutes. I parked in the West lot but the driver for the north lot was already at the curb waiting for customers. Jamar took us directly to our car with the provided card we got at drop-off. We LOVE this parking service for the BWI airport. Service is OUTSTANDING! Very easy to use and prepay through their app. As soon as you pull into your parking space the bus is right there to pick you up. They lift your luggage onto the bus and take you right to the terminal with a card with return instructions upon your arrival back home. When you return they are there immediately to pick you up! My husband and I recently flew out of BWI on two separate trips. I despise being dropped off at the airport and waiting for my ride to pick me up when I land, so I normally just park my car. The Parking Spot was being advertised through my credit card company, Chase, so I decided to give them a try. This specific parking lot is quick a distance away from the airport. The shuttles run pretty frequently though, so the distance is not an inconvenience. All of the shuttle drivers are kind and courteous. The drivers are the best! That said, the company itself is sorely lacking. They advertise for 30% off but when you go to checkout there is no place to enter the promo code so you go one step more and voila, you are checked out, prepaid, and no promo code discount. Then comes communicating with them, going round in circles talking to their AI bots and of course you don't get the 30% off. If you then try to stop the club membership, there's no easy way. The website is a mess, more apologies that their website is down, and they advise that you should try to cancel another day....But then you can't actually cancel on the website, you have to contact them. Then an email comes saying that the form you've submitted is for deleting accounts only, which is what I wanted to do, so more bot action. I'm not a fan. There was no "help" button on the exit kiosk, they don't man the exit lanes, and so I had to yell to get someone to come over and he was then rude and clearly did not want to be doing the checkout lane. When I checked out it was about 1:00 a.m. and it had a total on there. Since it was late I was ready to go. Ok, let me start with saying I've been parking here for years. I prefer this spot for price and service. The shuttles constantly run and the drivers are normally very helpful and professional. Today however was a different story Micheal G was our driver and he was one of the rudest drivers I've ever encountered. I have a disability not visible yet the naked eye. Normally the driver will take the bag out of my car. I asked him if he could remove my bag from the car. He looked at me as if I had asked him to commit a crime. My friend and I were able to get our other two bags out of the car he took one of my suitcases as rolled it to the bus through the mud! ‍ I took the liberty of getting the last bag out of my car and carried it on the shuttle myself. He attempted to take it and I said no, I got it! My friend concerned I would hurt myself asked Micheal to please assist he replied to her "She said she got it!" I used this service for the first time when using the Baltimore airport to fly home for Christmas for the first time. I used a service like this in Atlanta when I lived there. The parking area is fine and well it and fenced in. The buses are clean and new'ish and drivers seem personable enough. I printed out a Groupon to use for my trip but couldn't use because the blackout dates they have are for every holiday weekend in the year so be warned of that. One I used in Atlanta was different. It's better service in the south in many ways than this area. I guess I would recommend this service to use if flying from Baltimore airport but just remember will pay full price for holidays. Probably one of the best places to park at BWI. They have great rates and are conveniently located close to the airport. They have recently increased the size of their paved lot so there is always plenty of parking available. If you want to guarantee a spot you can go online and make a registration. I am a member if their frequent Parker program. For every 6 days you earn one free day. Always nice to have a few dollars off. They always have friendly shuttle drivers and always get you to the gate on time. The only issue I ever have is the at when I return I am often waiting for a shuttle. Usually 10-15 minutes. Sometimes the shuttle that comes is full and I have to wait additional time. The driver always has a cold bottle of water that I enjoy after a long flight. Over all it's my favorite lot to use and I will keep coming back. read more

I like so many things about this process. I discovered it on Groupon about four years ago. Before parking in this lot, I used another one in the area. I think it may have been a little cheaper, but something about this one makes me feel better. It has an easy reservation service and is even better with Groupon because everything with the exception of a small, daily miscellaneous fee is paid upfront. Much to my dismay, I discovered that Groupon has a cap on the number of times that the deal can be used. I was initially disappointed. I also do not like that the fees cannot be paid in advance, if it is not being paid through a Groupon deal. Fortunately, I spoke to a staff member, who told me about the current coupon being offered. The coupon made it cheaper or about the same as the Groupon deal minus the convenience of paying on the front end. Check-in is always easy. One thing that I have noticed now versus in the past is that they direct cars where to park. I personally do not like that because I would rather choose where to park my car. Other than that one thing, everything else is good. It is a clean lot and is always on the verge of being full, which is a good sign in my opinion. From what I have seen, they appear to run a pretty tight operation. Check-in, shuttle availability for drop-off/pick-up and check-out are all run relatively efficiently. The drivers are very helpful with bags when boarding and exiting the shuttle. At this time for trips out of BWI, I could not imagine parking anywhere else. read more

The first time I used this service was in October and I had actually been referred by a friend previously but it wasn't until I saw a Groupon for it that I decided to use Econopark Express' services. See I had a dilemma, usually I have someone to bring me to the airport and also watch my car while I'm away. This particular time however, all my friends were preoccupied and I could not find anyone to bring me to the airport. That is when a friend suggested that I should try this service. I must admit that after I bought the Groupon I didn't really read the directions, but it's OK because the staff will explain everything to you when you pull up to the window when you first drive in. Make sure you make a reservation though! That's important. The whole process was very easy. I grabbed the ticket and drove to where the guide told me to park. Less than four minutes after I parked my car there was a shuttle heading to the airport, which I found to be very convenient because I had a flight to catch! The only issue the first time, (which I didn't know about and definitely mastered the second time around) was that the driver needs to give you a ticket so you can LOCATE your car when you get back from your destination. Trying to find your car in the dark is not as convenient. The first time I used this service, the driver did not give me a ticket, I think because the shuttle bus for and he honestly just forgot. All good! Anyway, my flight back was a pretty late flight and when the driver asked for my ticket I told him I didn't have one. Luckily, I was able to guide the driver to where my car was (in the dark). Go me! The prices were so decent for leaving my car there for a week, that this is now my preferred way to get to the airport. The shuttle from BWI back to the lot runs every five minutes or so. I've never waited for shuttle, which can be really convenient in the colder months. I would definitely recommend. read more

My flight got cancelled so I came back to grab the car after trying to talk to the SW customer service of booking another flight out didn't go as planned. I was hoping to see if econo could waive the fee but the grace period was an hour and we were at the gate one hour and 12 MINUTES. The manager did not allow and I had to pay a FULL DAY's parking. Upon my arrival Tuesday morning I received the keys to my car and began to drive off. I was searching for long term parking at BWI and few options came up. Then I saw a Clipper coupon for Econopark for 3 days of parking for $17. The coupon brought the lowest parking cost in the area. Parking was convenient and is very close to the airport. Both the shuttle drivers were good. The first shuttle to the airport - I was the only one and they still ran the shuttle and did not wait for long for other passengers. He gave a small paper with the spot number where car was parked (very helpful). On the way back, the driver, put my bag in the car and waited in the shuttle, till I was safely inside the car before he drove away. Both the drivers offered bottled water. read more

For around 8 dollars/day, parking is in an enclosed lot with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Their website offers online discounts as well as a frequent parker club where every 6 days of parking yields one complementary day. While there are a few other options nearby, what I appreciate is the personal attention they give towards the individual customer. During the pickup phase, they have you stand by your car for pickup to the airport to minimize the distance you have to carry your luggage and provide you with a card with the row and number with your parking spot you can keep for safekeeping in case you forget. On the return trip (pickup is located between doors 7-9 in the baggage claim area), they offer complementary bottled water and drop off each customer one at a time by their respective cars. My driver Will initially had my parking spot off a few yards and he carried my bags in the rain to the appropriate spot! Can't say the same level of service and professionalism was offered at economy lots in other places I've been. For those looking for cheap parking close to BWI, Econopark is a solid choice and I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I am so thankful to Groupon for finding this place. Yes, there are at least two other off-site airline parking companies for BWI, but this one runs their operation smoothly. You might need GPS to find your way here because it is off the beaten path. Once you enter the gate the worker will tell you which row to park in, and a shuttle bus will be at your car shortly. Once it arrives, the driver will load your bag(s) in the van and give you a little card with you spot on it. TAKE THIS CARD WITH YOU. This card also tells you exactly where to go to catch their shuttle (exit through Door 7). I arrived around 5:30pm, and I had less than a five minute wait. My shuttle was full. I was the last to be dropped at my car. You pay when you leave. I don't think I had a receipt since I was using a Groupon, and I sorta panicked when the cashier asked me for one. I really don't remember getting one, and I made my reservation over the Internet. I bought a Groupon for five days ($22) while I was only there for four, but I wanted to be safe in case something came up. Other than the lack of a receipt, my vehicle's stay here went smoothly. This is my go to parking company when I have to travel out of BWI airport. They offer a VIP program for discounted parking rates as well as an opportunity to earn free days of parking. Staff is usually pretty friendly and the shuttle is readily available for rides to and from the aiport. I never have to watch long to be picked up. They also have reserved parking for the Econopark members. I just dont understand why the reserved parking isn't closer to the entrance. I chose to go with Econopark because of an advertised Groupon. I was hesitant but I love a great deal. We had an early flight to Cabo so arrived at the lot about 2 hours before our flight was scheduled to leave. The lot is like 6 minutes from Bwi. After arriving, the parking attendant directed us to the closest spot. The shuttle quickly pulled up behind our car and loaded our bags into the car.. All that's to be expected though. Leaving from sunny 85 degree Cabo and arriving at Baltimore in 10 degree temperatures is not very pleasant.. We waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to pull up (seemed like forever though because I was turning into a block of ice). What was most impressive was that when we returned, our shuttle driver was really great! He was so very very pleasant and had a really great attitude. You could tell he liked his job and enjoyed people. He offered us all to wait at our cars to make started. I will not hesitate to use Econopark in the future.. Make sure to check Groupon and living social because they are always on there! read more
