I got up , told front desk guy, he refused to address the situation because his computer games he was playing were more important. I politely walked out. Libraries are not what they used to be. Staff don't have a back bone to enforce the rules. People can't even come and study no more without some inconsiderate individual on their cell phone. I'm just done with the fact cell phones use , not checked, ruins it for other people. I'm so over the non sense.

The ceiling here is gorgeous, and I like the listing of the various services offered to people in the area. Apparently, there was a guy who he thought was clearly high or similar, staring at anyone entering the men's bathroom. From the bit I interacted with the staff, they seemed friendly and helpful. I looked through a bit of their offerings, and they had a surprisingly large number of old films to rent, among other things. In short, a nice place to visit and take a load off.

This location is utterly breathtaking in terms of accessibility for people in the city and the architecture. I champion all libraries and we should be flooding them to take advantage of the clubs, panels, classes, and other resources. Today I checked out the Carmelo Anthony exhibit which has been extended to the 19th of January. It's completely FREE! It was truly a great exhibit and so amazing to see and relearn about so many pivotal points in his career, community impacts and soundtrack to his life and career. You also can sign up for a Melo library card (limited edition)!! I think this is a great initiative to get people into the library again and reintroduce why the library is an amazing place to be!

She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I knew about all the amazing resources available through the library. I was reminded that the library offers so much more than books. You can borrow audiobooks, use computers, print documents, access job resources, and get help with a variety of everyday needs. It's truly a valuable community resource. If you have children, now is a great time to visit! The library's summer reading program has a fun dinosaur theme with activities that encourage kids to read and learn throughout the summer. If it's been a while since you've visited, I definitely recommend updating your library card and exploring everything the Randallstown Library has to offer. Thank you to Ms. Cindy for providing such excellent customer service and making my visit such a positive experience!

Parking is really hard in this area because it's on a very busy street and in Fed Hill. I do think their selection is more focused on the youth because there are a lot of families and schools nearby but glad I finally got to go in because I've seen it for years.

*Review for Storyville*…read more Storyville is the best!! What an amazing play option for littles! As soon as my daughter got comfortable walking, we came here to let her explore. She loves it! Plus they have a room off to the side where I can put the stroller and diaper bag and there's a bathroom for diaper changes and washing hands afterwards. They also give you a bag in case your little one puts anything in their mouth so they can sanitize afterward which is so smart. The only small thing that can be annoying is some parents come and ignore their kids, preferring to be on their phones and let their kids run rogue. Not ideal. I had a kid come up to my daughter trying to pick her up to give her a hug once - no parent anywhere to be found. I like that there's an age limit, although I don't know how strict they are with that because I've seen some bigger kids before. But it's an amazing free resource!

I did have the opportunity to use the library briefly. In addition to a library, this locale is a senior center. I love this idea, as there should be a place where seniors can go to have activities. I believe that the senior center is on the upper level. The library is on the lower area, nice in size and nicely organized no complaints there. Here lies my issues: Parking. Wowza. It is limited. Despite there being parking in the front, side, and a parking lot behind the library it still appears to be limited based on the volume. Be careful where you park, because you will be towed! The meeting room is pretty cool; however, it can be a wee bit loud as the door is quite heavy and slams, additionally you can hear just about everything from folk in the restroom to the elevator being operated. It isn't ideal but it definitely meets the need.
