The arrived for a preplanned field trip to play on the splash pad, but instead, they were humiliated. This establishment devalued these kids and had a kiddie pool that they filled with jugs of water. These babies had on their swimsuits and was ready to play on the splash pad. People, we have to do better by our kids. The disappointment was heartbreaking. It was 90 degrees and you failed our children.

I enjoy visiting libraries from time to time. This is a Very nice library, large enough in scale, with a lot of computers for public use, plenty seating areas for work and study, brightness through the large glass wall. Beautifully designed. Ample parking included handicap and EV charging. Restroom is good size located right before the main entrance. Large kids area with books, tables, chairs and a full schedule of activities. Teen center also come with activities plans. The only downside, is the homeless issues, they just come and stink up the entire place. The SAD part is, this is not just a HCL problem , this happens to all public libraries, cause you cannot tell them not to come to a public facility. Free hclwireless unsecured wifi. Highly recommend to bring your own sanitizing wipes to wipe down everything you plan to sit and use before seated.

This is definitely a great addition to the community. Let's start with the downs so we can end of a positive note. This library is very small compared to other Montgomery county libraries. There's only a handful of computers avalible to guests to access the Internet. This library also hasn't received an upgrade in what appears to be forever. The lack of outlets and overall lack space really effect the vibe. Copies are .15¢ for black and white while color is $1 per sheet- kind of intense. Now the positives- the staff here are super friendly and there are plenty to help if needed. The space offers classes throughout the week for several different audiences. Due to it being a smaller library it's very quiet and there's almost always a table. WiFi is easy to connect to and is reliable. Large parking lot and two Pokestops.... yup it's 2019 and I'm still playing Pokémon Go.
