Warning, make sure you look at all the signs to ensure you can park in the spots offered. They have signs that state who can park where but it's not color coded on the parking spots themselves. For this, they told us we got a 'ticket' for parking in the compact car only spot despite us not seeing any indication that the spot was for monthly parkers. The attendant was being incredibly rude about it, told us it was then $50. They knew immediately that we made a mistake because our ticket was invalid and could not be registered in the machine. The place is a total scam, but I get the convenience of it being in downtown though, make sure to read allllll the signs because they'll come down and show pictures of the signs to patronize you and say you didn't read it. They will also get super sensitive when you serve them the kind of attitude they were giving and say that the whole conversation has been recorded, super fun experience. read more

It was well lit, safe, clean, and in and out were easy on a Friday evening in December. Cost was about $18 for 2 hours to visit the National Aquarium. This is supposedly AFTER the aquarium discount given by registering your ticket. Inflation is upon us, but still seemed high, especially when they advertise an all day rate of $28 and I was there a fraction of the time but paid more than half the cost. This garage is convenient and only $10 for 5 hours of weekday evening parking. On a Thursday night you'd expect it to be busting with people because it sits right on the Power Plant grounds with all those bars and restaurants but it was very quiet and eerie. It felt sketchy going up the ramp to return to the car (all other door entrances were locked from the inside), and there was no signage on how to get back to one's car. Parked with the SpotHero app, which was finicky, but ultimately worked. I would park here again but maybe on a night with more people. Friday? Saturday? read more

Lots of other parking options, don't use this one. They have very poorly labeled spots that are only for "small" cars. It is not clear what they deem to be a "small" car. If you park in these spots (which are abundant), despite your car easily fitting, they charge you a "fine." They arbitrarily determine this fee, which is posted nowhere (spoiler alert: $28, more than the fee for parking for 24 hrs). To summarize, for parking in a poorly labeled space that your car fits in easily, you are assessed an arbitrary fee that you are not told about ahead of time, more than doubling your cost of parking. To boot, the stairways and elevators are narrow and dirty, even by Baltimore garage standards. Use a different lot. There are many in the area. read more

The garage is convenient if you are visiting someone that lives nearby or having dinner in the area. Georgetown parking used to be free or really inexpensive. The waterfront park used to be a parking lot. You could park all evening for $5. The online prices don't always match actual prices. You will pay $15 or more on the weekend. The employees are marginally polite, without being that helpful. Take a picture of your parking spot number, just in case you need it. read more

Don't EVER park here. Very rude staff and they are waiting to screw you out of your money. We paid online to park for 3 hours. We went half an hour over. Instead of charging us the difference, they charged us another $20. So we paid $35 to park for 4 hours, while their max rate was $28. Very rude staff refused to help and hung up on us. This is a very convenient parking garage for visitors to the National Aquarium. It is also expensive! We parked here for just over 2 hours. It cost us $29. It was Friday evening after 5 pm when admission is 50 percent off that my daughter, 2 grandchildren ages 3 & 5 and myself arrived in Baltimore MD. The garage is easy to enter from the street. It is clean and well lit. We drove my Kia Rio to avoid problems with the vehicle height limit of the garage. The garage was pretty full so it took us several minutes to find a good parking spot. We parked near a very visible sign directing us to the street level exists. The elevators and steps were not hard to locate. it was a cold windy evening in January so even this relatively short walk from across the street felt like a long one. The only reason I gave this 3 instead of 5 stars is because there is no human attendant. Everything is done by credit card and I don't like that. I'm from out of town and wanted to pay in cash. There was NO WAY to do that. Then because there was no attendant, there was NO ONE to ask about how to pay in cash. No directions are posted anywhere. So a loss of star for no attendant and a loss of star for loss of payment choices. Otherwise, this is a great place to park. Located close to everything, yet, far enough away from foot traffic I was able to pull out easily. Clean and neat, and I never saw a mess the 5 hours I was parked there. There was a security car cruising around and exits are clearly posted. Yes, I would park here again! read more

Don't park here, we tried using SpotHero for reservation and the attendants had NO idea what that was. They gave us such a problem when trying to exit making it seem like it was our fault we ran out of time even though we tried adding money to our reservation to extend the time. Good parking experience here when looking for a place to park near Rams Head during the afternoon and evening for Memorial Day Weekend events. I parked here both Saturday night (leaving early morning Sunday) and Sunday night (leaving early morning Monday). Price was about 15 dollars for overnight to wee hours, and there are some coupons available through parking sites where you can save 2 dollars. This is MUCH more reasonable than Lockwood Place garage which is literally like 1 block away and charges 28 dollars! Also, Harbor Park Garage is open on Sunday when some other garages in the area are not (such as the S Frederick St. garage next to Ram's Head's back entrance). Very helpful! This is a great location to park for Inner Harbor, Port Discovery Children's Museum, Shot Tower, and Rams Head/ Baltimore Soundstage/ Power Plant Live. I recommend that you check street view to see exactly where the garage entrance is, as the building has an address on Market Place but the garage entrance is a block or so away. I gave four stars rather than five mostly because some of the parking spots are VERY narrow - you can just barely park a wider car like an SUV or a 4wd in them and still be able to squeeze out your door, even though you're well within the lines and so is the guy next to you, so watch out for those skinny spots. Also, as someone who is careful about parking garages because I was mugged in one once, this one is in a little bit of a quieter/ less traveled area compared to the other parking places in that neighborhood, so be a little cautious if you're by yourself, but it is clean and lit and not terribly unsafe-feeling, just less busy. read more

I parked at this garage on Sat. 8/4/18 and was in a rush to get to a band job that evening and accidentally left one of my (important) bags outside of my car. Will and Shaun (not sure spelled correctly) found my bag and brought in the office and kept it safe until I discovered that's where I left it. Does not honor earlybird parking discounts. Little information, little help and would not recommend.

This is the most unscrupulous garage around the aquarium. Please do yourself a favor and park anywhere else. The garage advertises an early bird special but then does not honor it unless you park in the farthest most unprotected spot on the top level. This is not clearly advertised either. Therefore if you do not see the small nondescript sign you will be charged an exorbitant fee. Be warned they are complete doushes. read more
