This in many ways is the best print shop around. I also like to use local business when I can. The…read morepricing at Mendo Litho is certainly the best on the Mendo coast. The problem is, that if you are a professional business that does not have all day to get printing done it can be quite frustrating. The main cause of this is that although there are 4 people who work there, only one of them actually knows how to do anything. This means that every time you go in there you will likely end up waiting for a very long time since the one person is the only one who can help anyone. I have tried calling ahead, sending the document the day before, and other tactics but on one will do anything with your stuff until you show up in person. This is particularly frustrating when you don't live in FB. I can not tell you how many times I have drove to FB to get something printed and left empty handed. Today I wanted to proofs printed and waited 30 minutes and finally left without it. I really like all the staff, but no matter how patient I try to be, working with Mendo Litho is very trying experience. I use to print there weekly but I just can't justify all the time that I loose trying to print. So now I mainly print on my own crappy printer even though the quality suffers. I wish owner would teach the other staff members basic printing concepts. Either that or let me on their computers so I could print myself. It is so unfortunate that the staff not trained in printing.

We came into the store tucked away in the shopping center near Rays grocery and were warmly greeted by Garth. I explained the situation and he understood our "mission" and was really helpful. He even enlisted Kai the in-house Nintendo expert to help us figure out why we couldn't get the item in the RL item store. Kai spent the afternoon completing the Nintendo update to test the issue and he gave us his number so we could call back in the afternoon to see if his test worked and it did. We returned the next day to follow their instructions. All details aside, we were successful! The Emerald Technologies team was awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
