We came into the store tucked away in the shopping center near Rays grocery and were warmly greeted by Garth. I explained the situation and he understood our "mission" and was really helpful. He even enlisted Kai the in-house Nintendo expert to help us figure out why we couldn't get the item in the RL item store. Kai spent the afternoon completing the Nintendo update to test the issue and he gave us his number so we could call back in the afternoon to see if his test worked and it did. We returned the next day to follow their instructions. All details aside, we were successful! The Emerald Technologies team was awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I appreciated their efforts to help me with my limited knowledge of Nintendo.

On the occasions when I was able to reach him by phone, he had various excuses for not finishing his work: "I blew out my knee," "I'm backed up," "I've been sick," "My girlfriend has a rare blood disease." I took Blake to Small Claims court but he did not show up for the hearing and has not responded to the $2090 judgement against him. I have also challenged his appraiser's license. I recommend hiring someone else if you need your property appraised!
