This in many ways is the best print shop around. I also like to use local business when I can. The…read morepricing at Mendo Litho is certainly the best on the Mendo coast. The problem is, that if you are a professional business that does not have all day to get printing done it can be quite frustrating. The main cause of this is that although there are 4 people who work there, only one of them actually knows how to do anything. This means that every time you go in there you will likely end up waiting for a very long time since the one person is the only one who can help anyone. I have tried calling ahead, sending the document the day before, and other tactics but on one will do anything with your stuff until you show up in person. This is particularly frustrating when you don't live in FB. I can not tell you how many times I have drove to FB to get something printed and left empty handed. Today I wanted to proofs printed and waited 30 minutes and finally left without it. I really like all the staff, but no matter how patient I try to be, working with Mendo Litho is very trying experience. I use to print there weekly but I just can't justify all the time that I loose trying to print. So now I mainly print on my own crappy printer even though the quality suffers. I wish owner would teach the other staff members basic printing concepts. Either that or let me on their computers so I could print myself. It is so unfortunate that the staff not trained in printing.

I ordered 100 copies of a flier today. I asked before ordering them how much it would be. The guy…read moretold me it would be about $10.00, maybe around $11.00 after tax. I picked up my fliers a couple hours later and was charged almost $20. If I had been told how much it would be from the start, I would not have ordered them. The only reason I ordered that many was because I was told for only 50 of them it would cost me $15, so I went with the cheaper option. I will not be using The Color Mill again.

This was a piece of artwork I admired and the artist provided a digital graphic that Kiersten and her team printed onto a large canvas. Services are not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. I will definitely be using Braggadoon again! Thank you Kiersten!!

No FedEx office in town?! No problem! Bring any FedEx packages here and they'll ship them for you!…read moreThey can help with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. I've been in twice so far, and both have been positive experiences with short wait times and friendly staff. I went in once to ship a return via FedEx - they scanned it and gave me a receipt and I was on my way. But before I left I saw that they sell packing peanuts, among many other things (packing/shipping-related and not). So I returned to recycle some packing peanuts and they happily accepted them. This newer store is conveniently located in the Big Johns shopping center at the north end of Healdsburg. Park once to ship packages and buy groceries! They have another location in Windsor. Happy to have them in town and I'll definitely be back.
