He even enlisted Kai the in-house Nintendo expert to help us figure out why we couldn't get the item in the RL item store. Kai spent the afternoon completing the Nintendo update to test the issue and he gave us his number so we could call back in the afternoon to see if his test worked and it did. We returned the next day to follow their instructions. All details aside, we were successful! The Emerald Technologies team was awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. If a freight is damaged, destroyed or lost, its suddenly "not their problem" and cant help you but you still need to pay for shipping or they cancel your account and there is never a refund, ever. These guys are just middle men and women, nice folks, but definitely not worth the hassle, there are plenty of other brokers who will help you and save your company money.
