We've been married 43 years and owned 18 different homes and have dealt with many contractors! In addition to Colt, we dealt with Jason, James and Colin. To much to mention on here but my message is to beware ! Look into more than their solicited reviews. Look over contract and pricing closely. Our opinion is to Find someone else to do your floors. Having said that the guys that actually did the job actually worked hard and did a good job. The only issue with the workmanship that we've noticed is the "transitions" that were put down do not allow doors to shut. Job was completed and paid in full 6/3/25. Rhett
