Was going to get a 33 inch refrigerator but the lady says you should always get a 36 inch standard frig opening just in case I agreed. When I went to purchase a refrigerator 36 width was all they had so I was glad I had already planned for this with DL Cabinetry. Oh to my horrible surprise the installers which I paid 1500.00 for installation made the opening for the refrigerator 36 inches wide, not a fraction of a smidgen more. So my 36 inch refrigeration is now crammed into the space, cabinets are damaged already. DL Cabinetry says" Oh we did our job and it's done right. So if you want to increased it will cost 375.00 more in changes plus materials. Don't repeat Don't ! rely on their installers. Make sure you talk everything out specifically and measure as they go, otherwise your screwed.

Just not very good at communication unless your standing in the office staring at the people working there. After the design and 4 weeks of back and forth we finally got to the estimate where we find out it will cost over $2000 for delivery 70 miles, making the discounted price for contractors the same as retail. I don't think we can use this company in the future and we install 4 to 5 kitchens a month.

It has…read moretaken several seasons to finally find and close all the entry points for the mouse infestation they left behind. I heard mice in my walls the very first night I was back in my house (I moved out for four months during the construction). One wildlife pro (I call several) found 13 dead mice in various stages of decay in the wall cavity of the new addition. And I am now investigating a moisture problem in the addition. Every time it rains for more than a day or so the floor in two corners of the room become damp. I thought a pet had had an "accident" there, but then I notice there was no odor. It seems moisture is seeping up through the floor. I had to replace the very expensive French doors in my bedroom after a year because it was installed poorly (or something). It would not close properly and dragged against the floor when opened leaving curved scratches on the hardwood. I had to take down all the closet doors and shave off the bottoms because of the same issue. And it's hard to find outlet covers that will fit because they cut the holes in the drywall too large for the outlets. The list just goes on and on...

We had constant contact throughout the process with the project manager as well as the carpenter. I could not have been more impressed with how the whole process went, and how comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. They exceeded my expectations and I couldnt be happier with the final product. The only negative was during demo they damaged some garden items.

WoW!! thank you to Knot Yet Cabinet Works for transforming our home with our new dream kitchen…read more An "Exceptional" overall experience. Starting with our initial meeting with Hannah, she was instrumental in taking our ideas and inspiration photos and using it to design our Kitchen. Thanks to all the hard-working professionals at the shop that build and painted our cabinets to our exact specifications. Have to give special acknowledgement to say thank you Charley who created (by hand) our custom range hood and stained it perfectly to match our wood floors. From day one of installation, Roger, Anthony were true professionals, they took their time to install and adjust each cabinet and doors to ensure a perfect fit. I also want to recognize Hank for his outstanding customer service and making minor changes on the job site at our home to address our all our cabinet concerns. I cannot say enough about how professional the entire, Knot Yet Cabinet crew has been during the cabinet installation process. They are all true professionals; the craftsmanship of these custom cabinets was well beyond my expectations. Absolutely love working with this company from beginning to end, their attention -to-detail and flexibility to design custom pieces truly set this company apart from other cabinet installers. If you're considering cabinet replacements, I would highly recommend, go visit Knot Yet Cabinet Works in Rock Hill. You would be happy you did like I am.

Unfortunately we made a huge mistake in hiring LKN Cabinets based on ratings from this website…read more(which I would recommend all readers verify through a third party). To sum up the experience I was constantly lied to by the contractor (Blake Fox) regarding everything from his expertise (supposedly bathrooms and his partner is the kitchen expert) to work that was and was not completed correctly as part of the job. Over the past two years I have since found additional issues from material that was supposed to be removed from a crawl space to a plumbing leak that was supposed to be repaired during the remodel by LKN that was clearly disregarded during the rehab process. This issue was actually brought up during construction by one of their "3rd party contractors" when I asked why the water running to my new sinks were shut off. I called Blake regarding the issue noting his plumber told me there was a leak and he informed me that the plumber was incorrect and referring to another property and he turned the water lines back on without checking the leak he supposedly fixed in the crawl space. During my own inspection of the crawl space it appears that the leak they supposedly repaired still exists and has been leaking for the past two years. There is a laundry list of mishaps that took place throughout the process (listed below) where it became very clear that we were not dealing with professionals nor a company that was actually concerned with customer satisfaction. -Cabinet's that weren't installed correctly and fell apart -Incorrect cabinet doors ordered that we had to wait over six months post project completion to be delivered only for Blake to show up with the incorrect doors and have to re-order. To make matters worse, Blake claimed that he incorrectly charged us for the wrong size doors and we had to pay out additional funds. -Main faucet connection coming apart which required one of his "contractors" to come back out and repair. -Correctly dismantling and removing (all of which was paid for) duct-work related to a ventilation system they removed as part of the job which Blake lied to me about multiple times in regard to its removal. I ended up having to go down into my crawl space to remove myself and pay for disposal. A couple takeaways from working with LKN. Blake show up and introduced himself as the "bathroom" guy but could provide a quote and his partner was the "kitchen" guy who we would be working with throughout the project which never actually happened. LKN did not appear to have its own crews but actually was just hiring local companies we could've called ourselves. This became an issue as I felt that I ended up becoming the GC and acted as an intermediary between the "contractors" and Blake when something went wrong. The overall experience was far below average and after working with competent GC's while rehabbing our home over the past two years really highlighted the poor choice we made in rushing into a contract with LKN. I am more than happy to personally share my experience with anyone contemplating (respond to this review) using LKN to include allowing them to physically inspect the finished product in our home.
