I wasn't a customer of this business, but I had a very bad experience with one of their delivery…read moredrivers today. The older, gray haired woman, who delivered flowers in my apartment comlex pulled up behind my car, where I was unloading my groceries. She asked me where that apartment was where she needed to deliver and I showed her. I assumed, she will move her van and park at one of the empty parking spot just a few feet from the middle of the driveway, where she stopped and blocked my car. But she decided not to park, but went and delivered the flowers. I knew which apartment she went so I asked her to move her van, so I can park in my parking spot, but she completely ignored me. Even after she had seen ,how upset I was, she kept talking to that tenant, taking her time. This business needs to instruct their delivery people not to be a nuisance to the public,because just because they are delivering, it doesn't mean they are special and can just park anywhere they like. Especially as in this case, there was plenty of parking spot just a few feet from where this woman stopped. I know something, I will never recommend this business to anyone in the future.

Great for last minute gift buying. Great for a "pick me up" for a sick friend (or yourself). Their paper napkin selection is amazing. And they have a lot of great soaps, scarves, wallets, and other stuff you do not need. Now about that customer service... it's hit or miss. Sometimes I walk in are they are super friendly. Other times, the woman behind the counter doesn't acknowledge me. What's the expression? Every one of us is carrying some burden? That said, I've never had anyone be outright rude to me.

We bought two things that were almost identica, so when I went back in to return it less than 24 hours later they would not refund me my money that they only offered store credit. I was just visiting this area for the week and am too far away to shop here again to just casually chop. So them refunding me was really the only way I'd really be receiving my money Back. At the time of purchase they did not say items could not be returned, and if they were returned they would only be given store credit. This is something most businesses do if they have this policy. They pointed to a small sign on the table. I told them in the future it might be nice to have a bigger sign that isn't so easily over looked or tell customers when they purchase something that any items they purchase can not be returned. they said they don't make exceptions on this rule that they are a small business. I'm tempted to dispute this with my credit card company but am going to cut my loses. I handed the gift card to someone I met on the street a couple blocks down in hopes they can get some use out of it, since I won't be.
