They completely misled us on the scope of work for the back and planted the front in late fall, just as the weather turned cold. And the cost was astronomical! Now half the plants are dead because of the brutal winter even though I asked them if we were planting too late. And I'm spending all kinds of time and effort to keep the remaining plants alive. Low maintenance my @ss! And in the back, all the weeds and random plants they were supposed to eradicate are all coming back. I cannot stress enough how horrible they are.

Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend!

I setup an appointment with the other contractor and they no-call no-showed. I'm glad they did, because Jon contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delayed response on Yelp and asked if I could continue the conversation via email(hence my original note in this review). There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive.
