Rimble is a great company, I found them and have been using them ever since. They do wonderful work, show up on time, and the best is their customer service in that they reply very quickly. Their pricing is very fair given the NOVA area. Yes, you might have to wait a little for a job but they are VERY good about keeping those dates. I've already recommended one friend who was very happy with the work as well and they were the lower of 2 bids for a moderate sized job. Thank you to the Rimble Team! read more

Hired them for aeration and overseeding after having a bad experience with another company. After the winter has come and we can see what seeds have grown, turns out that my beautiful yard is now full of orchard grass. They weren't aware that the seeds that they were giving don't list specific weeds that aren't noctious. Neighbor and I have a yard full of weeds we didnt hvae prior to hiring them. They offered to send someone to help pull them but then never did. They then send another person out who was supposed to get us an estimate for starting over, and he never sent the estimate. Find another company. read more

To Whom This May Concern, I would like to recognize 2 Rimble Landscaping employees. They are, Jose and Nelson. They conducted a late fall/early winter clean-up of our yard on Monday, 12-04-23 and did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail, their professionalism and customer service is "second to none". Thanks again Jose and Nelson. All the best! Kind Regards, RPE read more

Excellent lawn service! We have used Rimble twice this year for a Spring and Fall cleanup and both services were well performed and well priced. The team responds quickly to requests for quotes, scheduling service, and answering any questions. They have helped make my first year as a homeowner easier and we hope to continue using their services in the future! read more

Rimble is great. Easy to schedule and communicate what you want. I did the Spring Cleanup and they did a phenomenal job of cleaning up my yard, mulching, trimming all bushes and trees, and edging. I will definitely be doing this again next Spring and plan to use them in the fall for aerating and overseeding my lawn. read more

Rimble has done a great job all summer mowing our yard. We have lots of trees so this week I called and ask to switch to leaf cleanup. Rimble was very flexible and two people came yesterday and did a superb job clearing the leaves. Thank you so much Rimble! I can now walk on my driveway without being ankle deep in leaves. More leaves to come of course but thank you for getting an early start read more

We've been using Rimble since 2018 for bi-weekly lawn mowing, and yearly yard services/landscaping. LOVE them! Caitlin is a dream to work with - she replies to emails very promptly and is great at getting Randy out to us if we need to speak with him about plans for our yard. I love that I've pretty much conducted all our business online with them (even pre-Covid). Everything is answered through email; the automatic payments are easy to set up and maintain. Checks are required for larger projects, but they let you mail them in. The only thing I wouldn't recommend them for is taller tree pruning. Get a tree service for that. Outside of normal landscaping/weeding, they have successfully planted trees, replaced mulch beds with stones, and installed trash can pads. Definitely satisfied with their quality of work, ease of transactions, and responsiveness! read more

If you are looking for a great landscaper that has fantastic customer service, then this is the company for you! Randy was amazing! We didn't know exactly how we wanted our yard to look, but we had several ideas of what we did want/were looking for. He took that and put together a beautiful design for us and transformed our embarrassing looking backyard into a beautiful area we want to hang out in! He was very responsive and professional and quoted us a very reasonable price for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew was great, they worked incredibly hard, and got the job done right in an impressive amount of time. I can't imagine using another landscaper after this wonderful experience!! read more

We decided to hire Rimble for a spring cleanup of our beds to include removal of leaves, weeding, edging and mulching. They were able to supply us with a quote within a few days and schedule us for the following week. Caitlin was quick to answer questions I had about the quote and made the updates we requested within an hour. Her communication about scheduling timeframes was clear. The services were performed on time and to our satisfaction! There was one small area they missed with edging. When I brought this to Caitlin's attention she was apologetic and was able to have it resolved in the same week. Five star rating for timely and professional responses, the work was done as per the quote and we were very pleased! We will hire this team again for future needs! read more

Love these guys! Quick, easy, and great pricing! I previously worked at a different landscaping company that didn't have it all together...these guys DO. Customer service and crews are so friendly - as long as I'm in their vicinity I will be using them. read more

Have to give Rimble a 1-star review. I called to setup an appointment, the fellow came on time, he looked at my yard, and I never received an estimate. I'm not going to call them asking for it. They clearly are too busy for my cash! read more

I hired Rimble when my previous company failed to show up weekly and they have not let me down! They cut my grass weekly and I hired them to do my bed cleanup and mulch and they did a great job. I recommend Rimble landscaping. read more

Timeliness is not their strength. Took 1-2 weeks to get someone out for an estimate, and I've been waiting several weeks to arrange a start date. My calls and emails haven't been returned. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the pricing on the estimate seemed fair. read more

Such a great crew! Rimble responded to my service request promptly, showed up when they said they would, and did a fantastic job clearing our yard (and window wells and shrubs and ivy and iris beds) of leaves. I"ll be delighted to call them again in the spring and cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Very happy with Rimble's services! They came out this fall to clear out, weed, and mulch our beds. Great communication, quick service, and a reasonable price. We will definitely use them for landscaping services again! read more

We've used Rimble for several years for regular lawn service and they have always done a great job and been very responsive. We just had them re-mulch all of our flower beds and were really impressed by the crew that came out. I was expecting them to more or less just dump on the new mulch. Instead, they cleared out all of the old leaves and other stuff from the yard, edged all the beds, put down the mulch, and then cleaned the entire yard up so there was no stray mulch anywhere. Their attention to detail on a mulching job was impressive. read more

We hired Rimble for general mowing/trimming and a spring cleanup. Our yard was an eyesore, and I was really impressed with the job they did. The 2 guys who game out were here all day and were professional and meticulous. It looks so much better, I'm never going back to doing it myself. They even weeded the gardens. We had a few quotes from companies that we had used before that hadn't done nearly such a good job, and this one was about the same price. read more

I Love Rimble Landscape! I switched to them about 2 1/2 years ago for lawn mowing , landscaping and leaf removal and have recommended them to several neighbors and friends. They are prompt and professional and always respond to any questions or concerns I may have ! Staff is incredible! Thanks Rimble for making my yard look great! read more

I have used Rimble for lawn mowing and mulching the past 2 years. Very easy to work with and great service.

I am a contractor, remodeler and home builder. I got Randy's - Rimble's number from Yelp and hired them to do a complete landscaping job on a new construction home. The job included grading, top soil, sod, mulch and plantings, 2 trees, excavation and drainage, hauling trash and debris as well as removing a tree. Their pricing was very reasonable, their scheduling, efficiency and quality of work was exceptional. I would recommend them for any landscaping job that you could think of. I was left with a clean job site, a borrowed hose to water the sod and a very reasonable up-charge for things that I added to the project. Give them a call. read more

After receiving their promotional mailing, I called them with a question. Their staff person asked and recorded my home location and email, but I never received a reply. Odd company. read more

Can't beat them. Fast, honorable and direct. A rare find. Choose them, you'll be happy.

Used Rimble again to have gutters cleaned and leaves blown. I have a TON of trees, usually spend a few hours every weekend in Nov and Dec blowing leaves. But I had a lot of family commitments this year and had fallen behind. They had guys out within a few days of making the appointment. The gutters were clean and the yard leaf-less. They even took the time to blow any leaves out my my kid's stroller and bikes in the carport. Even with the addition of cleaning the gutters they were competitively priced against all the other leaf blowing services I got quotes for. Highly recommended! read more

Had them install a hedge of Skip Laurels (18) plants, 60'. Outstanding job and reasonably priced. Ask for Joe.

Stop looking if you need lawn care done and contact Rimble. I live on about 1/3rd acre with two large tree's and needed my leaves removed. They responded to me and were able to give me a quote extremely fast. I was in contact with Caitlin Farrell throughout the process and she could not have been more helpful! I even lost my credit card and they were flexible to let me pay a couple days late. Thank you Rimble you need to use them, they are amazing! read more

Great customer service + affordable pricing. This review is a bit premature as I've only been serviced a few weeks, but I'm very impressed by their customer service and their estimate was the best out of several companies. It is worth noting that due to Rimble being a locally owned (and rapidly growing) small business, the owner Randy sometimes has trouble keeping track of small requests, but he will take care of you so long as you are respectful and patient. Just treat people like people folks. read more

Co-op with your neighbors and get even better prices. But they are already very reasonable. They take care of everything. I mean everything. Trimming, blowing, vacuuming, aeration, seeding, peat moss, nitrogen, tree planting, grading, landscaping. Great customer service and billing. Have used them for years. Customer for life! read more

They refunded me for the shrubs they mowed over so I'm giving them extra stars. This was long over due, they refunded me promptly.

Initially the customer service was great, I emailed Randy and set up an appointment to have him come out & discuss our needs, he showed up on time on a Wednesday , however he didn't ask many questions about what we were looking for and simply stated he would have a quote to us by Friday. Friday came and went with no quote, I gave it a few more days and then emailed him the following Wednesday asking for the quote or the courtesy of letting me know he wasn't interested in the job, weeks later, the company has yet to respond. Very unprofessional. read more

Second year now of using them. All dealings over phone or email. Left instructions or provided pictures of what I wanted done. Showed up and it was all done perfectly. No hassle. All cleaned up. Property well taken care of. I'm a fan. read more

Super friendly and they have been excellent to work with. We got sod installed and they were very thorough, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was done right. I would definitely call them again for all our future landscaping needs. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. read more

I really liked Randy & his crew. They came out for the estimate almost immediately and turned around the required work within a week. We didn't have them do anything too complex - mainly clean-up our back yard, tear out approx 2,000 sf of unwanted ivy and plant grass seed. They did a good job - I'd definitely hire them again. Their prices seemed reasonable and they were very nice to work with. They definitely care about the quality of work they do/ are attentive to customer service. read more

Great experience with Randy and Rimble Landscaping. I used these guys to remove a large, nasty pond I had in my backyard. It definitely wasn't a small job because it required removal of some area fences, stone waterfall, brick/mortar borders, etc. Took care of the job in a single day and followed my instructions exactly. Took care of disposal and cleanup and the area is now looking great. Randy has been out to my house a couple of additional times to provide quotes for other projects I'm planning on doing...their prices are very competitive usually lower than some of the other quotes I'd get from other guys. Also, very helpful with answering questions or making recommendations. I'd definitely use them again for future projects and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

very happy with rimble landscaping! we hired them to do our patio in our backyard and add some new grass. the pricing was competitive and they completed it on time without any issues. the patio looks better than i had imagined and we get so many compliments on it. we also had some water collecting issues so the patio installation really helped with that. can't recommend them enough! read more

They responded to a request for quote within a day. I worked directly with Joe, who was fantastic. My backyard needed a fall clean up. He and his crew were able to get me scheduled quickly and did an excellent job on my yard. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good landscaping company in the northern Virginia area. read more

Rimble will take great care of your landscaping needs in all seasons. It is such a pleasure to call Randy, schedule service and see my landscaping transformed in short order. Rimble has handled my Spring cleanup, ongoing mowing, leaf removal and gutter cleaning for the last couple of years and they will be my go to guys in the future. If you want a really good job done at a reasonable cost, you won't go wrong hiring Rimble! read more

Over 30 years we have tried many lawn services. Rimble is, by far, the best. Why? Customer service, responsiveness, thorough job, very reasonable prices, they perform all lawn services. My neighbor switched her long-time service to Rimble also when she saw how good our service was. They are getting bigger as they become more known. I hope they hire more people to keep up the schedule. Good job, Rimble! read more

I looked up Rimble Landscaping online after seeing the transformation they did to a neighbors lawn. Communication was great and my calls & questions were promptly answered. The crew arrived early and showed great time management throughout the day. Randy and Collin worked within our budget and even brainstormed with us on different design options. These guys know what they're doing! Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a job done right. read more

Daniel Erickson was very professional and easy to talk to. He listened to everything I had to say and explained what he will do with patience. The estimate for the patio was reasonable. His foreman and the crew came on time and worked very hard even though the weather was hot. Although I changed few things with the job, Daniel was accommodating and good mannered. During the work, when I asked if he would mortar the loose brick in the front steps for a small price, he did not charge us and the guy did a great job with the steps. The back patio came out great! I would definitely recommend Rimble Landscaping. read more

Rimble installed a bamboo barrier for me in my backyard and did a small amount of landscaping in my front yard that turned out very well. They also worked on drainage issues on the side of my house. Excellent company, very responsive, polite, and just so easy to work with. They gave me several options for adding plants to my front yard and while I haven't had all of the work done yet I do plan to call them again. read more
