The venue layout and upkeep / cleanliness was superb. The owner, Joy, went out of her way to help all the vendors and guests know what & where the events of the day would be. Acting as on-site coordinator she was they from my arrival before any of the guests all the way to the end of the evening when I finished recording. A place that I can fully recommend.

Overall, i think its a great place to watch a play, symphony or other cultural event but it does have some room for improvement. First things first, lets talk about location. Its located in Lima and its within driving distance to a lot of different restaurants. It is also across the street from Old City Prime, which is an amazing restaurant that has its own live entertainment. A great date spot. So it is in a great location. In regards to accessibility and parking, well this can use some work. It does have a parking lot rather close by for $5... which is very reasonable. It lacks though, valet parking. Sometimes, you just don't want to park yourself and having that would be a great convenience. Moreover, older folks who may have mobility issues would definitely use it. My mother does have those problems and it was a little far for her from the parking lot. Moreover, it was a bit hard for her to enter the building as they required several steps up. Concessions... thank goodness this place sells alcohol. For some reason this isn't a normal thing for theaters in the area... no idea why. Kudos to this place for selling it. They sell wine, liquor and beer. For those forgoing adult beverages they sell Pepsi products. The place itself has comfortable seating and helpful staff to help you find your seat. One thing to keep in mind, the closer you sit to the front, the harder it will be for you to see all the members of the orchestra. Thats not a problem Ive ever had in other venues, so that is a negative. All in all, it is a great place to go and have some fun. Certainly enjoyed myself that night.

The selection is small, just a few domestic beers, a handful of wines, and whatever liquor you may want. There are supposedly some snacks, not sure what they are...we don't need them; we just had some some great local grub. Best venue parking and accessibility both coming and going. Doors opened right at 6:30 and show at 7:30 pm. Parked right out front for free....AWESOME!! After the show was just as easy and fast. We walked down the stairs, stopped at the bathroom, and then right out the front door... no issues. Will definitely be back if there is a good show...it's less than two hours from home.

We were there last night and some girls decided to cause problems in the bathroom and my friend asked them to get out they did but proceeded to eyeball us and call us names while walking past. We took this up with the staff and they decided to kick us out and yell at us for coming to them and complaining about their regulars. Poor Staff.

It was pricier than what I wanted to spend, but our wedding day was beautiful and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

The inside is your standard reception hall. harsh lights, pretty walls, dance floor in the middle. A rather large space to accomodate quests. This stay added 20 minutes to our return trip, but was worth every second of extra driving. Room 201 was spacious, well-laid out, with a walk-in shower (no tub). Sink outside of bathroom so one could use toilet/shower while another used sink. Easily navigable. Clean and comfy. The balcony was perfect. Two chairs and nothing but a quiet street and a sidewalk between you and the lake. Also, a cool little jetty you can walk on just down the street a bit. Close to downtown Celina, close enough to hear live music coming across the water and just a couple minutes to some good food and drink options. Pricier than other hotels, and no continental breakfast, but a great place to stay and some nice breakfast places close by. Worth a return visit.

I have rented many pieces of equipment from Rent-All Mart in the past 22 years since I moved to…read moreLima. I had one bad experience 10-15 years ago, but every other time they provided a piece of equipment that started quickly, ran reliably, and functioned as needed. I have rented stump grinders, lifts, driveway graders, chipper/shredders, and several other items. The service is friendly and helpful and if you rent it on Friday after 1:30 pm you can have it as a one day rental until Monday morning. I recommend them.

My only complaint is for the gentleman in the shop who was polite, but doesn't understand customer service. What kind of equipment rental place rents you an engine hoist and then tells you that "they don't give the handle for the jack because people don't bring it back". Any decent equipment rental place knows how to inspect their equipment before the person who rented it leaves, so they have more than enough time to see if there is a handle or not. Not only that, but I had to put a $50 deposit down to rent the equipment on top of rental fees. What? You're telling me I have to put $50 down on a piece of equipment that isn't complete? What is that $50 for if not for covering broken and damaged equipment? I would have no problem paying a deposit if the equipment I rent is whole. Mind you this is after I had to come back because whoever put the hoist up left the ram on its side and all the fluid leaked out, and I was accused of leaving the ram on its side in the bed of my friend's truck. I got to my place, put the hoist together only to realize that i must have forgotten the jack handle and the ram only went up about 6" only to hit a dead spot. Called them and the guy on the phone asked if I left the ram on its side while transporting it and told him that it was on its side at their facility. No problem, polite on the phone, straight to the point. Got there, he filled the ram with fluid and even made the comment that it took a lot of fluid. That's when I asked about the handle and got the comment I got. What a pile of shit.
