The place is expansive and complete with a riser stage; it is about the size of two full size basketball courts. I felt is was better for the reception than the wedding, where the seating can be split into sides, opening up a large dance floor. For the wedding though intimacy was lost in the space, and some were forced to witness the I Do-s from a hard angle, but it wasn't too bad. The place has a nice PA system for music, two LCD screens, and twin golden chandeliers adding class to the environs. The bar sits out in the lobby. Not sure if UNOH supplies the bar tenders, but they did a fantastic job keeping the line moving. I would know, I was out there a lot. I needed to drink. No way am I so old to have a hitched niece! I recommend for any events calling for lots of space.

I enjoyed walking around and looking at all of woodwork,decor, and pictures The hosts were very kind and welcoming. I had an hour relaxation massage and hand and foot scrub. Very relaxing and just what this tired Mom needed. The Brighton room was cozy and peaceful, the bed very comfortable. I had peace and quiet and that was just what I was looking for. To top it off, I had ordered food delivery and after 2 -1/2 hour wait it never came and I had no dinner. One of the hosts, Jerome found me and I explained and he insisted on making sure I was fed and heated me up a steak and fried potatoes. I was so grateful and it was delicious and way better than the delivery that never came. In the morning I was fed the fluffiest Griddle pancake that was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside served with honey vanilla butter sauce and maple syrup. I also had cheesy eggs toast and sausage. It was all fantastic! I had to take half home it was so filling. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing night away. We rented the chocolate fountain and I never got any of it while we were there. Melissa ran the extra mile and got me a to-go container filled with chocolate and the dippers. It was pricier than what I wanted to spend, but our wedding day was beautiful and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

It is a comfortable venue. Plenty of room in the seats and room apart from the people in front and behind you. The ushers are friendly. If it has any flaw is that the acoustics could be better. The company lived up to its name; Jesse was very patient with our questions, the crew was prompt, and everything came as advertised. In fact, I can attest to how sturdy their tents are because we had a wind and rain storm blow through during the ceremony. We had two tents, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Price-wise I can't compare it to many others in the Northwest/western Ohio area, but it seemed fair to me given how much labor goes into setting up the tents. Excellent customer service!
