We paid a $500 deposit to secure their services. Unfortunately, as the months went by, communication became inconsistent and difficult. Then, less than a month before our wedding, they informed us that they were canceling on us. While they promised to issue a refund of our $500 deposit, they have yet to follow through. What's worse is that they only responded promptly after we mentioned pursuing small claims court--at which point they told us legal action wouldn't be necessary. Despite that, we still have not received our refund. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience during what should be an exciting time. I would not recommend booking The Rolling Tavern Mobile Bar.

He would not even give a part of the deposit back. He claims it is because he "turned away other jobs". I am sure he will rebook the day so he does not lose a penny but can't help out a person with unforeseen circumstances! I would be very careful. Shop around because there are some empathic business owners that will better deal with customers that have a change in plans.

They were friendly, fast and efficient, and as the bride and groom we never had an empty glass!!
