The warehouse is a small event venue which can be booked by individuals or businesses. On their facebook you can see where it has been booked for birthdays, wedding showers and other events. Its a cool place and it seems routinely has pop up events, which I love going to!

I've been to many events at Black Bird including weddings, parties, and workshops, and I couldn't recommend them more!

It is a comfortable venue. Plenty of room in the seats and room apart from the people in front and behind you. The ushers are friendly. If it has any flaw is that the acoustics could be better. You can tell it's a problem as they have these temporary panels behind the stage whenever the symphony plays. Still, it is a great venue.

This could be a great venue for Lima. Very lucky to have this in Lima. Just needs a better manager and some organization.

There's plenty of bar seating and a few tables. They also have a coin operated billiards table. There is a side room that is used for Drag shows and other events. The prices were reasonable and they have a great wine selection. There is an adjacent private parking lot and an area out back as well.

We rented the chocolate fountain and I never got any of it while we were there. Melissa ran the extra mile and got me a to-go container filled with chocolate and the dippers. Decorations were perfect, food was amazing, and the best part--we didn't have to clean up! It was pricier than what I wanted to spend, but our wedding day was beautiful and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
