The atmosphere really makes you feel like you are at a vip racetrack club. The staff is really knowledgeable and really helps you out in understanding how to work the VR and overall made our experience wonderful. I highly recommend coming on a weekday as they get busy on weekends. Can't wait to come back it was seriously effortless fun! My husband, son and I had a reservation time of 7:00 p.m., but I could tell this system wasn't really being followed because of all the long lines. I think we waited an hour to drive on the Pinball Track. It was fun to drive the Mini Hardtop without someone else in the car, but it was over faster than a ride at an amusement park. I would definitely go again, but I think I prefer racing at Alexander Mini downtown.

They have a rough blueprint on what things will be needed in the 1/10 scale drift buyers guide. Some small things and left out like a power lead to charge your batteries, so make sure to ask for that. Overall I have never got bad customer service. It has been very short with answers so I just do my best to get to the point with what I need/ ask what they recommend

Almost all of the people there were male adults, but the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, and sometimes female family members dropped by. My son rented an RC drift car with charged battery for $30. They said the battery may last about 45 minutes, but it ended up lasting an hour and a half! He then got a second battery for $10 and played another hour and a half. He had a great time! They have an impressive stock of cars and parts. There are two tracks--one for non-drift, and one for drift. The drift track was definitely the popular one with almost all customers there and only one or two at the other. Place was a little hard to find--no obvious signs, had to ask someone else. Entrance was at the corner of the building with subtle signage.

Their professionalism and teaching style set the tone for the whole course. And a personal shoutout to Tiana! On the range, she was phenomenal! She was incredibly supportive, highly observant, and gave pinpoint feedback that instantly helped me improve. She balanced safety, confidence-building, and skill development perfectly. Her coaching style made me feel comfortable trying new drills while staying fully aware of technique and safety. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students' progress.
