I'm green in the hobby but I did do my due diligence and research before purchasing items with the staff. I know things can get hectic so do your research on their website. They have a rough blueprint on what things will be needed in the 1/10 scale drift buyers guide. Some small things and left out like a power lead to charge your batteries, so make sure to ask for that. Overall I have never got bad customer service. It has been very short with answers so I just do my best to get to the point with what I need/ ask what they recommend

Almost all of the people there were male adults, but the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, and sometimes female family members dropped by. My son rented an RC drift car with charged battery for $30. They said the battery may last about 45 minutes, but it ended up lasting an hour and a half! He then got a second battery for $10 and played another hour and a half. He had a great time! They have an impressive stock of cars and parts. There are two tracks--one for non-drift, and one for drift. The drift track was definitely the popular one with almost all customers there and only one or two at the other. Place was a little hard to find--no obvious signs, had to ask someone else. Entrance was at the corner of the building with subtle signage.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

I've played all of them and enjoy all of them. The further you get from the main office, the less control there is and if you go at peak times, you'll deal with a lot of unattended kids. Lately vibes are terrible. New manager is rude, seems to treat the staff as if they're incompetent. My kids notice. Doesnt have that welcoming vibe anymore. Look I understand manager has a role to keep the business moving, his lack of customer service, empathy, and bringing good vibes is next to zero. Have had multiple bad experiences here the past year. I usually keep it cool and flow with it. Frankly I don't want to recommend this place anymore.
