We just stayed at the property for our anniversary weekend. The rooms were clean and updated, the property had lots of amenities, and the lobby/lounge area was the perfect to place to hang out in. We will be back!

A must go to when in Branson!

What a gem! This coffee shop/common area has a phenomenal atmosphere and such a fun, welcoming environment. Every game you could possibly want is available to enjoy while sipping your coffee, and they even had a delicious Christmas beer on tap, which was such a fun surprise! The freshly made scones were out of this world -- baked that morning and absolutely amazing. The apple cinnamon was perfection, and the raspberry was pure deliciousness. On top of all that, the staff truly makes this place special. Brenda, Rob, and Jonathan were incredible -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We will definitely be back, and next time we'll be bringing more family with us. Highly recommend! . 10/10

Cute! We had a great stay for a baseball tourney weekend. Room was clean, cool (temp and features), employees were delightful. There is a complimentary breakfast each morning. Fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels. It was perfect for grab and go. The pool was neat, small but so is the hotel! Will for sure stay again if we are in the area. Oh and the dog stick library-adorable!

The rooms are nice. The staff very friendly. Parking is ample. They have a nice bar and area to relax in. The continental breakfast was nice. The bar is also a coffee bar and they make very nice coffee drinks.

A Summer to Remember An amazing escape full of modernized nostalgia and family fun. Here's what we loved about our stay - Perfect sized rooms for a family of 6. This is so hard to find, but with the bunk bed room layouts there is plenty of space for larger families. - Storeroom with coffee and breakfast daily. They also have beer on tap and plenty of snacks. A must try is the s'mores latte! - Soaking tubs by the creek. Super relaxing. - Heated swimming pool that is open till 11pm. They host movie nights by the pool and have cabana rentals. - Fire pit rentals with special add ons including charcuterie boards, wine and s'mores kits.

Stayed over night at the Ozarker for the first time. Super clean room, wished we'd have been able to use the hot tubs but they were always occupied. Breakfast was great. Delicious vanilla latte from the coffee bar. Would definitely stay again.

the ozarker lodge is a fantastic place to stay. it's easy to book and it's priced fairly. there's an outdoor pool and hot tub that's available for use. the rooms are clean and functional. no frills. additionally, there are a few fire pits that can be rented ahead of time or can be booked during the stay. the staff can light your fire for you if needed. the most underrated part of the service! the staff almost immediately know your name and ensure you have a great experience. tthe continental breakfast is pretty good. there's hot food options at times. the coffee & wine bar has great selections! the honey lavender iced latte is perfect. would recommend to stay. sweet vibes and close to the strip!

This place was awesome! So many cute amenities. The lights, the fixtures, the little details made it even more awesome. Each staff member was awesome, breakfast was great, the music near the creek was relaxing, the hot tubs looked clean and relaxing. The coffee bar area was such a nice addition to our stay. Grab a cup and mingle with other guests. People complained about the beds, they are a little firm... but that's how hotel beds are. These were better than most. We stayed on the first floor and could hear kids going up and down stairs, but most of the time we weren't in our room so it didn't bother us. This lodge is my top 3 of all places stayed EVER and it wasn't even expensive! We will return if we are ever in the area.

I wonder why someone rated this place so low but it was THE BEST lodging experience I've ever had! This is what I envision when I think of couples, young travelers, and families coming to relax and commune with one another. I wish they had a location in every state! The decor, the staff, the ammentities- A1! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The complex had their own unique touches to the rooms that I loved- a different animal doormat per room. They gave you your own map and spots that they recommended. Plus you get 10$ credit to spend on a coffee or a glass of wine! So many people brought their dogs which gave it a nice homey touch too. We wanted to stay longer but it's time to go back to work! Until next time! Cheers!

We choose this hotel for a one night! Let me tell you the work they have done is amazing, the place is very family friendly. They offer many activities to do and the view is super cool. We were surprised with the coffee shop and all the extra they do offer. The technology they used for customer management, the security steps and the follow up is outstanding. Let me explain as a family we have travel everywhere we have try expensive resorts and cool camping grounds, and the ozarker branding and rhetoric feeling they want to achieve is right there! Take a break come try this place and for sure try the extra amenities they have! Did I mention they have ana amazing wine variety! Yes they do! At the end my husband left his phone in the room and they call us right away to let us know! Hospitality, level of service and fast response is top notch! We are going to be back to try couple extra things like the snores area, pool and the movie night! Thanks team!

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.

I'll start with the room: The pillows were too flat and used for me. I like fluffy pillows. The mattress made too much noise when I turnover... sounds like springs, like a trampoline. But in the morning, KIMBERLY D really helped me out when I needed to switch hotels from Branson, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since I'm staying here on personal time and on Hilton Honors points. She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. Though this hotel needs some updating in the room... it's not too bad... but the customer service makes up for it. 5 stars for a mediocre room should say something... because KIMBERLY D is a true professional

They had apparently sold out of their "allotted tickets" for the day....and we were there during the week. THANKFULLY, we were able to walk up to the ticket counter, at the museum, and get tickets for the day...but, I wasn't happy about the whole experience.
