I don't love paczki so I didn't order one for myself, but did try samples of the cookies and cream, lemon cheese, and Elvis paczkis--if I were to order one next year, I would order the Elvis! It is peanut butter with peanut pieces, stuffed with banana. The banana filling was reminiscent of delicious banana pudding! The price was economical compared to the bakery located in the "downtown" area, the flavors were plentiful, and like I said, the acquisition process was so easy! Approx. 5 mins later a girl popped out of the back wearing a T-shirt, called my name (yes - there was still no other customer in the store) handed me a box, and didn't say anything else. I asked her for a bag so I wouldn't lose my mochi donuts as I dodged traffic on AH back to my car. She bagged up my box and handed it to me. There was no hello, no thank you, no have a good day, not a sound except for my name. For about $40 a DOZEN (after tax), I would have expected some sort of customer service. I really hope this was a one off, not the normal for business. The donuts were good. They were fresh and chewy. The flavors popped and were a nice treat. However, for the cost and lack of customer care, I'm going to keep looking for another mochidonut location. At almost $4 for a donut, come out and say HI!
