Those concerns disappeared immediately. The gentlemen he sent in his place were absolutely outstanding and exceeded even my very high standards. They were professional, engaging, personable, and clearly took great pride in what they do. They became part of the celebration and our guests absolutely loved them. And then there's the paella, without question the best paella ever. The flavors were incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and it was the highlight of the event for many of our guests. Honestly, I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Gerard and his team delivered far beyond expectations, and I can't wait for the opportunity to work with them again. If you're considering Gerard's Paella for an event, stop looking and book them, you won't be disappointed.

The pork ribs were awesome! The meat was so tender with a nice char. The extra BBQ sauce on the side was delicious. I chose the regular BBQ sauce but they also had a spicy one , too. I asked for two sides of baked beans and they were the best baked beans I've ever had...so flavorful with a little spicy kick. I can't wait to ask my friends where Camacho's will be at next to enjoy more delicious BBQ :)

The tortillas were super fresh and the meat was perfectly grilled. I love that many of the trucks here use handmade tortillas.
