The bottom of the paella also had crispy rice which was my favorite and there was tons of seafood packed in including calamari rings and shrimp. The aioli drizzle atop was fresh and tangy and my favorite part was that it was dairy free so I did not have to take lactaid! If you see their booth at a music festival definitely check out the Paella. It is incredibly flavorful and well worth it!

The pork ribs were awesome! The meat was so tender with a nice char. The extra BBQ sauce on the side was delicious. I chose the regular BBQ sauce but they also had a spicy one , too. I asked for two sides of baked beans and they were the best baked beans I've ever had...so flavorful with a little spicy kick. I can't wait to ask my friends where Camacho's will be at next to enjoy more delicious BBQ :)
