I spent over $650 on bouquet for Valentines and I paid $60 for fast shipping. delivery man didn't deliver the flowers to the apartment listed on the shipping address. he leave it on the lobby of the building? It toke two days to find where he left it . The flowers looks terrible. Try to contact customer service. Emails was going on for a couple days. They wanna blame it on the weather condition? The Only Roses fails to live up to their on-time delivery guarantee. I ordered my set weeks in advance, only for them to miss that delivery deadline by a day and a half. I then reached out to customer service for some type of refund, where they acknowledged it was late, notified they would investigate and get back to me in a few business days, and then say nothing else & ignore my requests for updates weeks later. I like their roses, and I can even understand the delivery coming in late (though it sucks when it ruins a surprise), but this customer service is unjustifiable. read more

The delivery is late and the item is broken. Contact the customer help to deal with the issue. The only way they provide is replacement several days after Valentine's day which is unacceptable. Then the agent just blamed the carrier and even the COVID again and again, not even have a useful discussion about how to solve the issue. Then no reply at all. They do not care the customer's experience, but just do what they wanna to do. When I discussed with the agent, they sent a email to me said the replacement was moved forward. Then the agent said it's in the process. If you do not have an agreement with customer, why you move that process forward? The damaged item ruined the holiday and the way they deal with issue made me angry actually. I really do not recommend this seller. The carrier they use is GLS(GLO previous), you will find how bad they are when you check the carrier reviews. read more

When me and my friend went in he was so accomodating and even explained why its so unique and he said everything is 30% off (take note not upto 30% off). I bought a keychain with a rose. He said $139 then when I was paying he said $153 so i was like I thought there's a discount (30% off)? He said its with tax and I asked for the original price he said $159. And I asked is it 30% off just like the other flowers? He said yes. And i just brushed it off since I was on the phone. Then when i went out my friend asked me how much did you pay for the keychain so I told her and $153 and she asked why? So I went back then the sales person was saying not everything is 30% off and all sales are final. He never even said that. So better buy from a different boutique rather here. read more

Stay away. Will leave you hanging after you have already been put on waiting for an hour, then completely ignore their policies and promises to get back to you. It's literally a customer's worst nightmare. I can't deal with this type of untrustworthiness. Seeing how they actually conduct business, I can basically throw their "guarantee" of roses lasting at least 1 year out of the window too. Speaking of which, I didn't receive my order anyways. It's currently lost somewhere in transit...Am currently in dispute. Overall just an absolutely awful experience, full of complete undue stress and hassle. Do NOT go this way unprofessional overpriced shop! I placed an order online for pickup which my uncle paid for. I go in and they ask for confirmation number and I tell him it. He then comes back saying he needs id to show his "boss", I give it to him and he now comes back AGAIN this time saying he needs the credit card used. I couldn't give it to him because my uncle paid for it who lives out of state, but they unreasonably asked for all this extra info and said if I can't bring card he has to cancel order. Mind you I called the store hours before picking up asking about my order and not once did they mention needing card or even id, the website doesn't state this or no where in the confirmation email. So I came here last minute to get a royal blue preseved rose for a friend of mine and I'm so glad I did! As you walk in you can smell all the beautiful flowers!!! You can tell the flowers were fresh and vibrant. They have the largest selection of everlasting roses in town. I forgot the younger woman's name was but she was so polite and willing to help out and put together a last minute arrangment in no time at all. I can't stop myself to write this review. Ordered 2 things from this website one key chain one forever rose . They were arrived on feb 9 and 10. I didn't open the package until last night the valentines night because I paid around 120 dollars for little key chain and 250 for a piece rose. Not extremely expensive but should be okay . Until last night before the date I finally knew how stupid I was . not first time have the forever rose but I still shocked by those cheap stuff. I iron part the plastic part and the little bear . The diamond on the bear. Seriously?? I then I made a date without gift. My girl friend feels disappointed. I got no way to explain it. I took it out from box show her said those are the gift for you. My girl friend said what wrong with you?? Where did you got those ?? Claw machine or kids toy shop? I'm trying to make return and website show all order no return. How wonderful it is! I received a 10% promo code just yesterday and the guy Steve told me they've changed promo code since last December, so the one I just received YESTERDAY won't work...how this makes any sense. I had a expired promo code for 25% off and wondered if I can get that activated for courtesy but STEVE didn't even bother to ask for approval. Not only did they amend the error but they made sure to deliver my order within a respectful time and had the flowers delivered by valentines day, definitely a busy day for all florists. I placed an order with the only roses in April and never received my order. I have contacted them on numerous occasions for a full refund and they continue to side step and blame the long delay on the shipping company. I would highly advise any person to not do any business with such an outright deceptive company. According to the only roses business MANIFESTO they state "we guarantee that your order will arrive on time, every time. If your shipment is late, we would be happy to issue you a refund". They outright refuse to issue a refund. I have asked numerous times for this business to issue a full refund for something I never received. Furthermore this company is now in violation of the FTC online agreement that states "If the seller is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date" - I opted for a full refund and NEVER received any refund. read more

Absolutely terrible service. My boyfriend ordered one of their 64$ key chains... ridiculously over priced may I add. He ordered it around 3 am on the 13 of February 2021. He waited for a confirmation email all day that would say the order is ready, he never received it. He gets a call at 6:30 pm February 13, 2021 from a woman saying the order is ready, asking if he can go pick it up. He agreed and asked at what time did they close, she said 7pm. Now mind you we live pretty far from their address, obviously out of their control. He said he wasn't going to be able to make it, and received the worst attitude from the lady. He ended up going today being the 14 of February at 7:30 am because she claimed that's the time they opened. Come to show they aren't open, and in their business hours displayed on their door says they open at 7 am. He called to ask where were the people, that they weren't there, she was rude about it asking what was his point, as if he didn't say what the problem was.
