I call and regular about 11 HomeGoods in the area and I've actually called corporate to ask, she seems to be the only one who refuses to actually look for any items or help customers when they ask. I've also spoken to multiple of their leads who are super kind even the front security man has been very helpful. Though this older women (not sure if I have her name right so I won't be using it) refuses to assist because she only will look for large items she has stated that if they spent the day looking for items customers call about they'll be looking all day I asked her how many calls she got and she said "4". Unfortunately if it is your entire job to assist customers but you refuse to do so even if it is a high ticket or collectible item that other staff members have been able to assist and even encourage a call back for - then you should probably be learning from the leads. Front lead and the kitchen department lead have been a joy to speak to unfortunately one staff member has ruined an entire experience - fortunately I did call corporate to launch a complaint - this is the second time I've called first time was to ensure that what I was being told was correct that I can call to ask for specific items on the floor. A learning experience for sure I've been to 11 HomeGoods and have never had an issue. Such a shame because I work down the street so either way she will constantly see me - refusing service to regulars is an interesting tactic.

It is very much like an arts and craftsman store. The store had everything from home furnishing to gadgets and gizmos a plenty... Heehee... yes, that was a Little Mermaid reference. They have trinkets. I left the shop purchasing air plants, sea shells, and meditation bead bracelets. I love rocks and minerals, so of course I gravitated towards the stones they had on display and bought a handful of bracelets, which were designed my local OC artists. The store associate was really sweet and personable. She was knowledgeable about the products and because of her and what the store has, I will for sue go back. Again, the interior of the shop has great vibes. Love it! Parking wise, it is super easy. You want to park at the far end, which is not the main end. You will need to get your parking ticket validated.

Especially when you come across awesome stores filled with unique goodies, like this one. In addition to their air plants, I really liked the coasters they had for sale. I wish I saw more of these when vacationing places. We go all over and usually only come home with a shot glass when we travel somewhere new. Coasters are a much cooler idea!

When they first opened, it was crazy with gobs of early birds. At the entrance are two large containers of freshly brewed coffee that they sell on the premises. I got me some. People were chatty and jolly shopping for Christmas. Then a long line to check out. But the line is a fun place to be. There is so much to look at at each stage of shopping here. It's wondrous. 4 PM there was hardly anybody waiting in the checkout line. I returned one item and purchased many more gifts. There is plenty of parking.

It's been so long since I've been to one that I thought I was shopping here for the first time. I only realized I had been to one before because I was still in their rewards program. This really is a great place to shop when you are buying presents for people you don't know that well. I think its selection of international snacks is excellent although not the best value. You can probably find better deal if you go directly to a specific international market, but this place just provides the convenience of having them all in one place. Came here on Black Friday and found great gift ideas for the Holidays. Spent over $100 here, then went to the location in Brea and spent more money there. I prefer this location over Brea in terms of selection and just overall layout of the store. I also found staff members to be more helpful and friendly at this location, although it could've just been the timing of my visit.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, as soon as you walk in, there's potted plants, hanging plants, and greenery everywhere. It was filled with customers, but since it's a large space it didn't feel stuffy at all. The cashier's were both really nice and my iced coffee I ordered (horchata/cinnamon flavored) was amazing, and when I asked the barista if I could get "light ice" he gladly took half the ice out of the cup (and didn't charge me for it like Starbucks would)....I noticed as I was waiting for my drink to be made, all of the plants seemed to be for sale, which I thought was a rad idea! They also had tshirts/sweatshirts and coffee cups for sale of their logo/design. The prices of the coffee/tea drinks were on par with your typical coffee spot in Orange County (I think I paid $8-9 for mine)...I was REALLY tempted to try their sandwiches, but decided next time instead. The ONLY "constructive criticism" I would suggest is to offer another size (larger) for your drinks , instead of only 1 size available. The cup size they have is the size of a medium/grande size at Starbucks for comparison.
