Not only did they not send any balloons with the order they send them to a completely different address!!! She went in and asked to exchange it and told them why I did not prefer the one she bought and they refused to exchange it. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. If your management decided this is an exception, let me know. Otherwise I'm just going to spend my money at cosmoprof on a different hairdryer instead of paying your business more for an exchange. I should add I had a Craniotomy two months ago and so using a hairdryer that is larger and harder to manage is difficult with my incision site. It was a Christmas gift. The 7 day return policy shouldn't apply when something is given as a CHRISTMAS GIFT. OR, when it's asking to be exchanged for one that costs more. Again, if your management decides to make an exception, let me know. Otherwise this review will not be edited.
