    Greek omelette.

I'm sure nothing else could be better. The food was very good, the service was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly. I had a Greek Omelette with gyro meat, toast, and home fries. Black coffee. Price was appropriate. Service was fast, and I felt wanted. Good job! The other bonus was in talking to the waitress, she let me know where to go to see manatees... and saved my two hours and $75. I'm from out of town.

We really enjoyed our gyros here! My sister and I went. My husband is not a fan of any type of Greek food so thank goodness I got to go with my sister. The only reason it is not a five star review is because the service was just a little bit confusing, it took about seven minutes to get a server and then once we gave our order another different server came and asked us what we would like to order LOL anyhow maybe there was some confusion on the floor I don't know ,,, the food was great!!!

The lady who owns this is so friendly and sweet! The service was great the food was great and even though we popped in as they were closing ( we didn't know the hours) they still sat us and served us and reassured us that it was okay and they didn't mind.

I believe it has a new owner. Seems I remember reading that some time back in the Chronicle. We stopped going because it looked like it was getting neglected more and more. It was cleaner than it used to. Service was good, food was good at a fair price. It's one of those local little diners most of us have in our towns. Nothing spectacular, but good service and value. We will be going back for something else besides breakfast. I love a good Greek Salad, so I plan on giving it a try next time. I'll let cha know.

$10 gyro nothing special, the waitress called it a gearo not very authentic.

The menus like the floors are dirty the interior is poorly lit & decorated, the chairs and tables are clearly 25 years old. My waitress was friendly but went outside twice to talk to a friend and pet a dog not washing her hands upon returning to work. I ordered the gyro deluxe with salad and fries. The salad was ok save I had to cut up everything on the plate. The gyro and fries were both very plain not a $10 item like I was charged. I've eaten my way through Greece and these folks don't have the flavors down. The staff is too informal. While I was here I heard jokes about the coffee which I was drinking at the time I learned how much employee meals cost and what time they go to the bank all while sitting in the dinning room. This place is a definite "Skip It"

I don't think I can put into words how wonderful this restaurant is! I have lived in Citrus County for 36 years and never stopped- what a mistake. I came in with my 2 year old son. We were hot from being at the park and he still hadn't napped. The ladies, all of them made us feel like family. They turned on cartoons immediately to help keep him occupied. They came and played with him and let me eat and have a 10 minute break. That's just the staff!!! The food is AMAZING! The menu is so large that anyone could find something to eat. Prices are so reasonable. The next time you want to eat out, I strongly suggest visiting this wonderful restaurant.

My husband and I tried the Tangines since I had never had one and it is one of their specialties. Oh My! They were both fabulous. Tangine is a Moroccan style of roasting meat, vegetables and even bits of fruit in a inverted funnel-shaped pot with a unique blend of Mediterranean spices. I had the steak and my husband had the lamb. They use only organic and heirloom vegetables and make all their recipes authentically from scratch. You can tell when you taste it. It was fun to taste each morsel. There were peppers, carrots, mushroom, green olives, Greek olives, walnuts, tomatoes, feta cheese and tiny bits of mango all on a luscious curry and greek/Mediterranean sauce over orzo pasta. There is also other intriguing things to try on their standard menu as well as Greek favorites, appetizers such as saganaki and vegetarian options. (Wish I had taken a photo of the menu. I definitely can't wait to go back) The hostess also mentioned they offer cooking classes which I want to try as well. Dessert offered was homemade Gelato. Salted caramel and coconut (as well as homemade vanilla) were excellent. I bet they rotate those flavors from time to time. Comfy seating. Pleasant atmosphere. Authentically made food. I hope they succeed as I think everyone should give them a try. Hours are currently limited to 3 days on weekend. I do wish they would consider more...like maybe a mini "lunch" menu with gyro sandwiches and maybe Greek soups through the week?! (Not offered/just a suggestion!)

We ordered the beef shawarma platter, lamb kabobs, and baklava cheesecake. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. Restaurant was clean, white table cloths, older decor and booths, but cute. Place was full of two large family groups celebrating the holidays together. Bathroom could use a better cleaning and update. We decided to get a small appetizer plate: Humus, Baba Ghanhuj, Falafel, Labneh, we opted for no grape leaves as we don't prefer them and got extra falafel instead. Portion was great. Our favorites were the Labneh absolutely delicious and perfect taste and texture, humus was seasoned perfectly and falafel was good, but I can't say it was amazing though, something was missing in taste to me. We also ordered the mixed meat entree, portion was large, no way I could have eaten it alone! We shared and still had left overs. The entree came with Kufta Kabob, beef shawarma, chicken kabobs, beef shish kabob, tzatziki, fattoush salad, pita, basmati rice. We had wanted a side of extra tzatziki but instead received a large side dish of tzatziki (we let it go, but neither of us truly enjoyed the tzatziki that much. It was bland to our liking). The one thing we absolutely did not like was the bland, no dressing fattoush salad. It literally had no dressing, no taste, not recommended at all, as the side. So here's what we did like a lot was the chicken kabobs, beef shawarma, basmati rice, beef shish kebabs, kufta kabobs, humus, and loved the Labneh on and with everything. The chicken kabobs were our favorite meat, tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly! We truly enjoyed and savored the Pistachio Baklava, so yummy for dessert! Overall we gave the place a 4 out of 5. We enjoyed our food, service was attentive and friendly. We had to downgrade from a 5 because we did not like the no dressing fattoush salad and the tzatziki tasted bland to us (we are used to the more Greek style). We will be back to try some other dishes!
