It's standard food cart ambiance, parking was a little weird, but not horrible. Right off I-5 at the Jefferson/Millersburg exit (238 I think?). The ribs were tender and delicious without sauce, but when you add a little mango habanero sauce it kicks them up a notch... the brisket was great. The pulled pork was my least favorite of the three meats I got, but even that was tasty and juicy. I got the BBQ beans which were quite good if nothing fancy. The cowboy corn I like but the jury is out for my family... needless to say it will all disappear. The servers were friendly, even in 95 degree heat. As far as value goes, there's enough food here to provide my family of 4 with two decent meals each. For $75 that's not bad especially since everything tastes good. Give'em a try!

They keep the place ever so clean. The service is just down home friendly. They will take good care of you and happy you will be. Their food is great, even their sides are something to ge extra of and take home or back to your hotel. The pulled pork sandwich is our favorite. They have the best sauce too. We love their baked beans- home made- and their potato salad is super. Their jalapeno peppers are hot, but good. They often have live music outdoors and that is fun. They have a seafood fest on Friday, at least they did when we were there and it is so good and a great price. BBQ oysters are great as is the crab. There really is nothing not to like here.

It was the perfect spot for a casual evening out. We had a couple of drinks, a cider and a Japanese lager, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The musician playing that night was fantastic! He had a great song selection, and his voice was hauntingly beautiful. I'm not a huge barbecue person because I prefer my meals to have a little more variety than just meat, but I did enjoy the brisket and the pork belly. The sides were just okay for me. I'm from the South, where we take our potato salad seriously, so I wasn't the biggest fan of theirs but I did really enjoy the beans and the corn salad. I'll definitely be back for the music, a drink, and the laid-back atmosphere. It's a great place for a casual evening out!

Got hungry and was looking for something that sounded good. It was mid afternoon when we arrived and we timed it pretty well. There was a steady in and out of customers that kept the server busy. What a gem of a place. I could only wish we had such perfection in Salem! The restaurant itself was fairly typical for a small town being an older established building. There was a nice large parking lot that easily accommodated the truck. We got lucky and came on a BBQ Day! I've had BBQ from many different places and the majority has been tough, stringy or dry. Not the case here. So far from it! As a starter we had hush puppies. I've never had them before and wanted to try them. They were tasty little cornbread balls. Nothing to compare to but they were good. Not dry. Our server kindly greeted us and mentioned they were out of GF buns and Texas Twinkies followed up with the specials. Good intel to make informed decisions! Service was not speedy. We both got the loaded baked potatoes. One was with brisket and the other had "hot to trot" which is a mix of brisket, smoked sausage and jalapenos. Potatoes are baked perfectly and piled with butter, sour cream and meaty goodness. I brought half of mine home. We also ordered a side of Mac & cheese with smoked sausage. Creamy cheesy and tasty chunks of tender juicy sausage. Remember when I said their meat was not stringy, tough, and dry like any of the other places? It really wasn't! It was super tender and juicy and each bite just fell apart it was so delicious! We were so lucky. They ran out of potatoes while we were there and I was lucky enough to get a pound of brisket to take home and of course I had to have some when I got home. It was so succulent and flavorful. I can't wait to have it. Those who are leaving poor reviews because you can't get in or order what you want because they are sold out, shame on you! I'm sorry for your pettiness because I could only wish we had such a fantastic restaurant! Oh and a word of advice. If you really want to try their BBQ, I was told to call ahead and reserve it to make sure they don't run out. I wish I had taken a photo Maybe next time.
