Was out putting test mileage on a new motor installed in my friend's Wildfire Engine looping from Salem up Hwy 22 to Hwy 20 and back up I-5. Got hungry and was looking for something that sounded good. It was mid afternoon when we arrived and we timed it pretty well. There was a steady in and out of customers that kept the server busy. What a gem of a place. I could only wish we had such perfection in Salem! The restaurant itself was fairly typical for a small town being an older established building. There was a nice large parking lot that easily accommodated the truck. We got lucky and came on a BBQ Day! I've had BBQ from many different places and the majority has been tough, stringy or dry. Not the case here. So far from it! As a starter we had hush puppies. I've never had them before and wanted to try them. They were tasty little cornbread balls. Nothing to compare to but they were good. Not dry. Our server kindly greeted us and mentioned they were out of GF buns and Texas Twinkies followed up with the specials. Good intel to make informed decisions! Service was not speedy. We both got the loaded baked potatoes. One was with brisket and the other had "hot to trot" which is a mix of brisket, smoked sausage and jalapenos. Potatoes are baked perfectly and piled with butter, sour cream and meaty goodness. I brought half of mine home. We also ordered a side of Mac & cheese with smoked sausage. Creamy cheesy and tasty chunks of tender juicy sausage. Remember when I said their meat was not stringy, tough, and dry like any of the other places? It really wasn't! It was super tender and juicy and each bite just fell apart it was so delicious! We were so lucky. They ran out of potatoes while we were there and I was lucky enough to get a pound of brisket to take home and of course I had to have some when I got home. It was so succulent and flavorful. I can't wait to have it. Those who are leaving poor reviews because you can't get in or order what you want because they are sold out, shame on you! I'm sorry for your pettiness because I could only wish we had such a fantastic restaurant! Oh and a word of advice. If you really want to try their BBQ, I was told to call ahead and reserve it to make sure they don't run out. I wish I had taken a photo Maybe next time. read more

Pros: -We were greeted as soon as we walked in and told to pick a table of our choosing. -Restaurant was clean and appealing. -Wait staff was friendly. -Original cheeseburger and sweet potato fries were pretty good. Cons: -Service was slow. -We were not given refills when we finished our drinks. -We were not asked if our meal was good or if we needed anything else. -Regular fries were undercooked and inedible. -'Inferno burger' was not spicy/hot whatsoever even with its jalapeños. It should just be called the Bacon Jalapeño burger. -no toilet paper accessible in bathroom. Overall summary of our experience: Disappointed with half of our meal and service. read more

Great food friendly service and always always great atmosphere The best BBQ in the area by far.

I love the Bigfoot vibe this restaurant has going on. And the owners are amazing people who have won many competitions for their bbq skills. I would highly recommend giving them your business when you're in town! read more

First place I ate during my first stay in Lebanon. I was looking for a barbecue place, and big D's was the first on the list, but they're not at the address advertised anymore. Second one listed on Yelp is the big foot. Ordered upgrades on my two sides to salad bar and mac & cheese. I think I made excellent choices, the brisket was tasty, and you could cut it with a fork. The barbecue sauce suited my taste perfectly. It was nice to have a salad with my choice of fixings, and the mac & cheese with the smoked sausage was outrageous! The servers were very nice and welcoming, there was so much food I could barely finish, and the price was reasonable. I will return to the big foot! read more

We really enjoy the food at Bigfoot grille today. I'm gluten free and was able to get the burger with a gluten free bun. Husband (not gf) was able to get the tater tots and liked them. They do not have a dedicated fryer for fries and tots but have other sides that are gluten free friendly. Our server was really nice and quick to help. When we came it was pretty dead (11:30 on a Sunday). When we had left there were a few more tables full of people. The ambiance was chill and the statues were funny. read more

The Manager Dee made us feel at home and gave us excellent customer service despite being very busy and having a few less options due to the rush. The food was absolutely amazing, and we had very large portions of everything. The barbecue sauce was some of the best I've ever had, the meat was perfectly smoked, the sides (tater tots, coleslaw, and potato salad) were mouth watering, and their deserts were above and beyond and finished off our meal perfectly. TLDR Affordable options and extremely fast service with a welcoming atmosphere, my wife and I's favorite restaurant in Lebanon! read more

They have really amazing burgers! I recommend the Kraken burger if you like a lot of cheese! The inside is nicely decorated with wooden tables and walls are painted well to go with the forest atmosphere. Definitely recommend! Note: the door is a little heacy read more

This place has previously been hot or miss. They were either hot. Or not so hot. Recently new owners from a different local restaurant have taken over. And will not let it be mediocre. Happy to go any day of the week now knowing who owns it now. And can't wait to see what else they do with the place. read more

I've tried going in several different times and they always seem to be out of stock on most items even tried the mushroom burger and it tasted dirty the ladies that work there are very nice though read more

Fun environment with lots of awards for their cooking. The menu is pretty extensive too. Service was friendly and accommodating. Caution though. Don't try the BBQ sauce. You will be hooked and the don't sell it...yet. Maybe it was because I was hungry and sitting across from a pretty woman, but this is the best Bbq place we have visited. read more

Hoped for really good burger for lunch today, but it wasn't impressive. The restaurant was quite loud. The staff surrounded a table where someone was hollering about her boss stealing her tips. The entire place needs to hear that your boss is a douche? No thanks. The waitress, name unknown, was cordial, but was rushed and not very welcoming. Brought us water, but didn't ask us what we wanted to drink. I got a classic cheeseburger and potato salad. It was good, but nothing to write home about. The hubby had a Pendelton burger with onion rings. He choked on the onion's outer skin, which had been fried. You never include the outer layer of an onion when making onion rings. Why they did it, who knows. Definitely wouldn't recommend Bigfoot Grille. read more

The service was very friendly and helpful. They ran out of a few items but not a big deal. Food was good and the milk shakes were amazing on a hot day. Small space but clean. read more

Went looking for a some dinner after moving a family member up to his new place in Lebanon and decided on this place based on other reviews. Definitely went in hoping that they weren't too busy because it looks like that's when things start to crumble. Luckily we walked in at 5ish on a Sunday night and there were about 3 other parties and maybe 3 people came in for Togo orders. The menu has quite a few options but everyone in my party went for burgers except me. You can upgrade to an elk burger for a couple bucks more. If you order tots or fries as your side you get a generous helping, onion rings on the other hand are not so generous. Everyone seemed satisfied with their burgers. I got a bbq chicken wrap, it was pretty good except that the tortilla was so dry that it tasted like it had been left uncovered in the fridge for a week or so. I took it off and just had my wrap as a salad. Customer service was great. They were very attentive to our table always made sure we had tour drinks full. They have lots of hard alcohol options but only 4 beers on tap so it would be cool to seem them have more of a selection in that department. Love checking out new food options in new places! read more

Let me first start with I love a good burger. My Cascade burger with waygu beef was not good. It was f#(&!^@ INCREDIBLE! I split it with my lady friend, and I am glad we did because I would be pretty full and uncomfortable right now if i ate it all. Actually, both of us would be if we would have had our own burger! The fries are fresh cut and amazing with malted vinegar "no I'm not Canadian eh." The starter onion rings in beer batter were to die for, and did not get soggy! Service was prompt and friendly. The place has funky decorations which are fun and warm. Will definitely be cumming back again and again ect... read more

Meh. We ate here right when they opened and again about six months later. Customer service is not good and food matches service. There are better places in town to get a burger and beer without the crappy attitude from staff and a better overall experience. Surprised they have survived in our small town. I'd rather pay more at 1847 for a real gourmet burger with excellent service. read more

Best Burger I have eaten in years. Period. My family wanted to celebrate National Cheeseburger day in style. We drove down to Lebanon and tried the Bigfoot Grille. We had the Phantom, Lochness, and the Phoenix burgers. All of them were huge and had left overs to take home. The service was quick and friendly. The burgers were hot and juicy. The whole meal was a pleasure. I would recommend this place and even be willing to drive from Salem to get lunch. read more

Service was poor. The chicken strips were hard to chew. The drinks were watered down. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, They don't seem to know how to run a business. read more

Take it from a real southerner this is real BBQ. The BBQ is slow cooked and seasoned right. The sauces are solid and they have Sweet Tea. They were out of the pork which tells me I need to go back; so we tried the brisket, sausage, ribs, and the country style steak. All were very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will be making a return visit on this trip. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what I would have given! To not ramble on for too long, horrible service, food quality is below par, and the owner is disrespectful. She does not know how to take accountability for her poor staffing choices, non existent ability to manage more than one table, lack of prioritizing and cleanliness! How this restaurant is still open baffles me. read more

Gosh, I keep hoping..no longer endless fries and the new menu is a bit of a mess to navigate..that and the prices for the newly added bbq menu made me skipit and opt for a hot sandwich which was served not hot and after about a half hour of ordering at lunch... I just can't here. read more

Came by the new Bigfoot Grille for burgers & beer and we were not disappointed. They have really done a great job at creating a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. There was a steady crowd for business and service was still friendly! Creative burgers & fun decor following the Bigfoot theme. They also have live music events occasionally, though we did not get to experience that. They have more than just burgers if you like wraps too! Don't forget to get a basket of tots! (Ps. This is 100% separate and new from anyone prior to them who tarnished the Bigfoot name. Please go support this local business!!!) read more

Super disappointing. Stopped by for dinner and ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer which were just fine and as expected. We also ordered two burgers with tots, because they were unfortunately out of both kinds of fries, and the burgers were hardly edible. We couldn't finish them and left hungry. The meat was tasteless and unseasoned, weirdly textured, and cold. They also didn't give me cheese on mine and randomly added avocado... it was just weird. I wouldn't go back here for the food. read more

I keep forgetting to take a picture and then I'm finished by the time i think to write a review. The new menu is great! The meat quality is really tasty, so much better than before. If you like spice be sure to try the spicy bbq sauce. It's bomb!! I like that they have desserts too. Big slices for the cake. We've had the wagyu and elk burgers. They've been great. We can't wait to try the bbq soon. Great job guys read more

Food is very very mid. Not much flavor. Boring dishes. There's a lot better places in town to eat American food.

Came in on a Friday afternoon not too busy. We were greeted as we walked in and seated. Friendly service, clean, and laid back atmosphere. Our food was good, the burgers were thick patties and moist. They were big, I couldn't finish my burger! I'm not a huge meat fan and I prefer thin patties, if you're like me you might find these burgers a little too much but worth a try. The fries are amazing! They are coated in seasoned batter, not those crinkle cut fries or steak fries yuck. The tots were cajan and I liked the fact you could order garlic, regular or cajan. We ordered a small onion ring and those were also nice and crispy! Overall if you're a burger fan I'd check this place out it will not disappoint. read more

I've visited previously and the experience was great. We came in for dinner around six and only had a half an hour wait, unfortunately the pandemic has made it hard for them to keep stocked of their dinner entrees at the time. This round I decided to try an elk patty on a new burger combo, the Kraken. During the pandemic a decent burger is hard to find but this one tasted bomb and both of the fries were hot n fresh and packed w flavor. The patty was juicy, the tomato and pickles crisp, and the house sauce brought it all together. read more

Don't let the outside fool you . Looks very BAR-ish and maybe at night it is . Hit it for lunch during our drive . Off the beaten path and it was great ! If you leave hungry you have a tapeworm ! Between the group we got a mixture of bbq, sandwiches wraps and chicken . Everyone was super happy, some with leftovers ! BBQ was done very well, juicy and flavorful , the homemade fries were a favorite across the board . The club sandwich and chicken wrap and chicken fingers were HUGE! The 3 piece chicken and fries was a huge meal . Music was great and service was as well! If you're in the area, find time to stop here . read more

Horrible service. The burger was overcooked, the cheese wasn't melted and the bun was stale. It should have been good. The patties are thick. It was just sooooo freaking bad though. Well this was a disaster!! Walked in on a Friday at 6:50 not to busy and we were hungry. Sat down and server came over to take our order we asked for water and then we would order our drinks, 15 minutes later came back for our drink order all out of vodka, no biggie we ordered mojitos and also ordered our burgers. 40 minutes later no drinks no food, went to bar to cancel drinks since it had been taking so long and our server said the other server is about to make your drinks. I said ok then the other server who could make drinks said " well we will see if I get to them or not" I said no drinks. 15 minutes later our burgers came out. Ordered 1/4 burgers and they were no bigger than a slider and so over done it was barely edible! And fries were cold! Poor service poor food and to top it off they left the drinks on the bill! Don't waste your time or money coming here!!!!!!!! read more

Excellent service but food was awful. I had a bacon, chicken, avocado wrap with tots. The tortilla for the wrap was stale & there was no sauce inside the wrap which made it extremely dry & inedible. There was more lettuce than anything else. My husband wouldn't even eat it after he picked at it for awhile. He said his cowboy hamburger was good there was no sauce on it & again, very dry. Aside from the really nice waitress, it was awful. We won't be back. read more

Extremely poor service .. the woman with the dark hair in a ponytail is very rude and can't seem to handle having people at multiple tables.
