    Golabki Loaf, very yummy!
    Maria P.

Quaint restaurant & bar, with a warm ambience, perfect for a date night, girls lunch or a small group celebration. Cushioned chairs and bar stools, which I love. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated and given menus likity split. Nice craft beer and cocktails menus, a huge plus. But food was the standout for us. Though it is not a big menu, the offering all looked delicious. On a very cold day, we started with coffee, which was very good, no weak brown crayon swirled stuff. Ordered both the Fried Dill Pickles and the Dill Pickle Fried Cheese Curds appetizers. Both were yummy, but those Fried Dill Pickle Spears were our favs, with a little spicy kick, right at our heat tolerance limit. Next we had the Golabki loaf, which was a deconstructed stuffed cabbage. Very good as well. We ordered the kielbasa dip to go, since it seems like a must try, but haven't had it yet. Will update after we dig in later today. Outstanding service from the most intuitive server ever made our visit a true five star event. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.

The Dill pickle soup was excellent. The ramen entree was delicious as well.

The food was excellent. Great portion sizes. Enough for 2 meals. Service was great as well as the overall environment of this restaurant.

Spicy pork dish and deconstructed cabbage rolls.

We chose this restaurant for dinner before going to a show. Disappointed the menu did not include some of our Polish favs such as city chicken or Potato Pancakes. The restaurant was half full when we got there. We ordered quickly. After an hour and fifteen minutes, we still did not have our food and had to get it to go, and put in the car to still make our show. Drinks were good, especially the pickle martini! Not sure if the problem was with the servers or the kitchen staff. We ended up eating our meals today for lunch. Portions were large. My "deconstructed cabbage rolls" were good, however the tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste straight out of the can. My husband said his tasted like an overdone tough spicy pork chop. We won't be back until potato pancakes are on the menu, and we have no plans afterward.

Dill pickle do was phenomenal. I would eat that on everything. Took extra home. Dill pickle soup was sooooooo good. A definite must. I had the Kielbasa and noodles with broth. Superior. Their warm bread was fresh, slightly crispy on the outside and so delicious. Eat it with their butter or the Dill pickle dip. We had the pierogi and kielbasa dog that were both good. The only slight improvement I would make is more cheese or a sharper cheese in the pierogi. I will definitely go again.

    Kielbasa dip

The service and food were excellent!! It takes a while to get your food once you order, but 1000% worth the wait!!

    Kielbasa and noodles with broth

The food was modern Polish food. The best flavors and textures were present but assembled or deconstructed as they say in the culinary world. Still great! Service fast, friendly and satisfying. Everybody is multi-tasking to make for a great customer experience. The ambience reminds me of the old Polish saloons, bars and restaurants around Detroit. What a find!

We've been wanting to try this place for some time but they are often full. We got early…read morereservations (parties of 6 or more only) and arrived on time to our table all ready. There are two sides - the bar side and a side with lots of seating. The bar side has seating as well but minimal. We sat on the side with all the seating at a long high top. The chairs had backs so it was very comfortable. They have lots of choices on the menu - I chose the Lemon Herb Ravioli, which sounded light and amazing. Unfortunately, it is swimming in a lemon-y olive oil which ruins the dish completely. If they just drizzled the lemon oil over the pasta, it would be a chef's kiss. I would recommend asking for that on the side - then you can control how much you want on the dish. I also got their "tots" on the side. These aren't your typical tator tots...they are homemade shredded potatoes scooped and fried. My cousin got the same items and when the tots came, it appeared they overly fried one of the orders so just split them up between our two orders. I ate the good ones and my husband sent back the bad ones to have them replaced. They did so without any question, which was nice. My husband had the Gouda Burger with Truffle Fries. He said it was the best burger he'd ever had. The truffle fries were excellent - served with garlic aioli. Highly recommend! So, while my dish was disappointing due to the amount of oil it was swimming in, the pasta and vegees on top tasted good, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and everyone else liked their meals (burgers and fish & chips) so I'm not going to give them a low rating. I'd like to come back and try something different on the menu.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Their menu is primarily burgers although they have a vegetarian black bean burger option. You can order one of their creative burgers or build your own. They allow you to substitute wagyu beef on any menu burger as well. I ordered the Green Envy, which had white cheddar cheese and olive tapenade. I asked to have it cooked well done. It had a slight bit of pink but nothing I couldn't stomach. The olive tapenade added a salty taste but the burger wasn't salty so it was balanced. My husband ordered a Wagyu burger and asked for it to be cooked medium but it was medium rare at best but he still ate it. The burgers come with chips. I opted to order the appetizer Truffle Fries. They were very good - the right amount of sauce with Parmesan sprinkled on top. We will come here again - there were many burgers I wanted to try and what we had was good.

Went in on Thursday evening with parents, sister, and grandparents…read more Customer Service was lackluster. When we finished our appetizer they didn't take the plates away and when they served the main course the table got crowded quick. We asked to change the tv channel to the baseball game but we had to ask twice, and then they were not able to change the channel and it took them a long time to change it. We got to see the last out of the game but when we asked it was the 8th inning. Seemed to be an issue between the bartender (where the tv remotes were stored) and the waitresses. This is mainly an issue of management (or lack thereof) since staff did not seem to be on the same page. Appetizer: Cheese Bread Sticks: - Comes with ranch and marinara sauce - Oily, to the point where the cheese was not cooked to where it should be - Crust is nice Usually places that serve "cheese sticks" are mostly bread with some cheese, this place is the opposite where you get a bite full of pure cheese. At least it's a better problem but if they cooked it with much less oil and had a little more bread underneath, it would taste fantastic. Main Dish: Made our own Pepperoni and Pineapple Pizza: - Oily, same as cheese sticks - Slightly undercooked (because of excess oil) - Crust was nice, good dough The reason I gave this a 4/5 was because I have eaten here before and my experience was better. Positives: Seem to have the right ingredients and recipe for success, they just need to pull it together. Good place and atmosphere. Negatives: Oily food (easy to fix), and lack of management. There seems to be no real sense of passion for the food they make, which could be a problem down the road. (Perhaps the chefs are passionate as they have the right ingredients, just need to make the complete dish if you know what I mean, but that is not in the public eye)
