The Dill pickle soup was excellent. The ramen entree was delicious as well.

The food was excellent. Great portion sizes. Enough for 2 meals. Service was great as well as the overall environment of this restaurant.

Spicy pork dish and deconstructed cabbage rolls.

We chose this restaurant for dinner before going to a show. Disappointed the menu did not include some of our Polish favs such as city chicken or Potato Pancakes. The restaurant was half full when we got there. We ordered quickly. After an hour and fifteen minutes, we still did not have our food and had to get it to go, and put in the car to still make our show. Drinks were good, especially the pickle martini! Not sure if the problem was with the servers or the kitchen staff. We ended up eating our meals today for lunch. Portions were large. My "deconstructed cabbage rolls" were good, however the tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste straight out of the can. My husband said his tasted like an overdone tough spicy pork chop. We won't be back until potato pancakes are on the menu, and we have no plans afterward.

Dill pickle do was phenomenal. I would eat that on everything. Took extra home. Dill pickle soup was sooooooo good. A definite must. I had the Kielbasa and noodles with broth. Superior. Their warm bread was fresh, slightly crispy on the outside and so delicious. Eat it with their butter or the Dill pickle dip. We had the pierogi and kielbasa dog that were both good. The only slight improvement I would make is more cheese or a sharper cheese in the pierogi. I will definitely go again.

The service and food were excellent!! It takes a while to get your food once you order, but 1000% worth the wait!!

    Kielbasa and noodles with broth

The food was modern Polish food. The best flavors and textures were present but assembled or deconstructed as they say in the culinary world. Still great! Service fast, friendly and satisfying. Everybody is multi-tasking to make for a great customer experience. The ambience reminds me of the old Polish saloons, bars and restaurants around Detroit. What a find!

Wow. Just wow. We…read morespent the day at the lake and planned to go to the Mexican place across the street. They were short staffed and had an hour wait. We worried that we might be under dressed, casually in jeans and tanks. Yelp said this place was great. It was. We dined with 3 kids who all jammed out on the kids meals, spaghetti with homemade noodles, hand breaded chicken tenders and pizza that was SO good. Adults had salmon x2, scallop risotto, eggplant Parm and the almond crusted halibut. Everything was amazing, we were passing forks around like covid never happened. The clam chowder, Devine. I am so impressed. First time in , likely won't be in the area without stopping back. Our service was PHENOMENAL and our waitress knew the menu, made great recommendations and was amazing. Cheers Rochelle! We love you!

The bread was soaked in what I assume was maybe garlic butter but it tasted like it was from a popcorn machine. Everyone ordered something different and the consensus was everything was sub par except for the lasagna. Perch was filled with bones, pizza was super oily and saturated from the pan it was on, shrimp was just okay. We were really excited to try this place but probably won't be back. Give it a chance if you're in the mood for pasta, I suppose.

He even wished my mom a happy Mother's Day before taking our order, which was a nice touch. We started with the Street Corn Nachos as an appetizer, then ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a grilled portobello mushroom sandwich, both with fries on the side (an additional $4 each). This was an excellent place to bring my mom since she's vegetarian, and the restaurant had plenty of vegetarian-friendly options. The food was excellent, especially the nachos -- the queso was amazing. The restaurant also gives you a lot of customization options, like swapping chips for fries for an extra $4 or adding protein to the nachos for an additional charge. That said, while the nachos were really good, they were still $18 without any protein, which honestly felt overpriced for chips, cheese, and vegetables. We came during lunch service, and overall the food, service, and view made for a great experience. However, it is definitely on the expensive side. Most entrees seemed to range from around $20-30. Still, if you're willing to spend a little more for quality food, generous portions, and a great atmosphere, it's definitely worth visiting.

Went in on a Sunday evening with parents, grandparents, and sister…read more There was a sign just outside the door saying they were understaffed and that our patience was appreciated. I took this in account with my review The atmosphere and place was good, clean. Service was good and friendly. Fairly busy when we came in, so the chefs were probably working hard (considering they were understaffed) We seated ourselves on a clean table next to the shuffleboard table that we were able to enjoy for free. We received napkins and utensils after our food which was not optimal, but understandable under current circumstances. We were notified that they were out of Cod, it's the favorite it seems My order: Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries - Contains pulled pork, bbq, coleslaw, and pickles on the side - Came almost cold, it's warmth was dissipated - Pork was a bit dry, but good - Barely any bbq to taste - Bun had too much bread on top half, skinny bottom half - Coleslaw tasted like nothing, which leads me to believe they get coleslaw from a supplier - Pickles tasted great, I didn't put them in the sandwich and ate them by themselves - The fries are fantastic and taste like they are made in-house, it's a shame they came a bit cold - Overall it was good - Dish recommendations: get better buns to make it more balanced, better bbq quality as this one tasted like a cheap, common one you can get at the store, better coleslaw Had a bite out of my sister's Cheese Pizza crust off the kids menu since she doesn't eat the crust. Great crust, well made and tasted good. Had a bite out of my dad's Loaded Pulled Pork Fries (appetizer that he had for dinner) - it had a good combo of flavors, the cheese tasted like the cheaper nacho cheese you can get at the store - I would recommend to replace the nacho cheese with another type of cheese to really wrap up the dish well, I do not think nacho cheese is the answer - Would recommend, tasty and a strong appetizer Negatives: - Some ingredients were cheap which made the other ingredients and dishes they make well go down in "value" and potential - Food came almost cold Positives: - The negatives can be fixable with changes here and there - The quality of the food is good and better than other places even with the understaffing problems they have which they clearly state near the door which I mentioned earlier - The upside potential is great if they fix their understaffing issues and make some tweaks to their ingredients and dishes Overall a solid place to go to with a good atmosphere and selection of food. I have been here before and will probably go again in the future as I prefer this place over others at the moment
