The space is quite big which made it super easy for us to grab a table. We were seated in a section of the restaurant with a bunch of booths so it was nice to have a quieter space where we could catch up with our friend and have a nice meal. For my dish I went with the grilled cheese BLT (muenster cheese with bacon, tomato, arugula and lemon thyme vinaigrette grilled on sourdough) and fries and I quite liked it! Nothing fancy but it was good and and I would absolutely try it again. Currently rocking the sober life so I can't speak to their beer line up personally but the menu did look quite robust! And as someone not drinking I must also recommend their root beer. Great casual spot perfect for a bite, a hang, or all of the above when hanging out around town.

I've seen DMV employees bring more warmth and enthusiasm. Undeterred, we moved to the patio, where the host sat us and a waiter promptly delivered menus... and then executed a flawless disappearing act. Not a quick check-in, not a "be right back," just gone like we imagined the whole interaction. At some point it stops being bad service and starts feeling like a social experiment: how long will people sit politely before realizing no one is coming? We saw ppl that we know. Beer World needs you. It is imported that you support your local craft brewery. There was never any pressure to purchase, just the opportunity to sample and experience the brand. It did lead to a purchase that was aided by the positive interaction from this gentleman and the ability to sample beers on tap in the larger dine-in area of Creature Comforts. I did enjoy the beers too. The outdoor area looked inviting, and will likely experience the next time I'm in Athens.
