    Cuban sandwich plus extra fries

Who would have thought- best Cuban sandwich ever! $16. Perfect bread, ham, roast pork, pickles etc. happy is solid, all types of drinks have solid prices, I went for $7 Rose. Nice staff, bright lovely space, TV showing World Cup. Happy!

The drinks and the wings are absolutely delicious here, they have tons of games playing on their TVs (a lot of TVs) and it can be pretty loud sometimes depending on which game is on but it's always a fun time. The service is quick and friendly and there's a lot of locals who come here. I recommend it if you are in the area and want some good wings and drinks!

This bar is owned by Milton but has a more casual vibe and we really enjoyed it. They have a great set of drink options and a lot of nonalcoholic options as well and everything felt reasonably priced. I like the local vibes of the bar too without the sticky floors. They also have great TVs and it's not crowded for football which makes it an easy place to come and watch the games. The food is okay here. They also didn't have a lot of veg options. We tried the nachos and got it without the chili and they were decent. It was a big platter so totally worth the price as we think it could have easily fed a group of 4. We'll definitely be coming back to watch games but not sure if we'd eat here again. Service was really fast and food came out quickly. Everyone was really friendly and checked in on us often.

drinks (4/5): twerk from home (w/ rum), espresso martini, and pickle jar martini were great! lychee martini wasn't very good ambiance (4/5): cute spot, perfect low lighting, plenty of TVs, all high stool seats and tall tables I didn't see any wheelchair/disability friendly seats or tables inside (regular seats/tables out front), and there is one small step to enter but no steps inside (although they may have a ramp if you ask) & large single-stall gender neutral bathrooms service(4/5): they put on the mets game for us when we asked, the older bartender had awesome vibes and was really nice, younger bartender was in control of the music which was terrible except for a few gems (like 4 out of maybe 20 songs were even appropriate for the vibe in the bar on a friday night) overall 4/5, would like to return and try the food as the kitchen was closed by the time we got here (closes nightly at 10)

This place opened 9 months ago and only just found it. Sister bar of (The Milton) They serve drinks and foods. Happy hour is at(4pm-7pm)Monday-Friday. Liam the bartender was amazing. Nice clean place. Was formerly(DTUT) Will definitely go there many more times.

Good music and good service, nice spot to start the night, haven't tried their food but looks very good. I wish cocktails were consistent in flavor and portion, when made well they are delicious, but most times they are either too sweet or too strong and recently a glass half empty and a glass full, on the same night with the same exact cocktail. I would recommend to go for less elaborated drinks to avoid disappointment because it is a very nice spot to hang out with friends.

I came an hour after it opened on a Tuesday. There were not many people here as you can tell by my photos. This used to be the old DTUT. I can deff see this place being busy on weekends though. Or to watch sporting events. I had heard about the espresso martinis here so I obviously had to try it. It was tasty for sure. The bartender was very nice and attentive. I did not try any food or any other cocktails but I definitely will be back to. The ambiance is that it is a spacious bar if you remember what DTUT was like. Plenty of seating and the bar had many stools as well. This is a great Upper East side addition.

This is my kind of Office. The owner is incredibly welcoming and friendly. My friend and I had a fantastic afternoon enjoying cocktails and conversation. The atmosphere here is just perfect. Highly recommended!

This cocktail bar is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood and a great successor to DTUT. The staff is welcoming and the bathroom is always clean! I tried the Sup Honey, and the sage-infused gin was so delicious. I really wanted to try the Genie in a Bottle, but they were sold out so I'll just have to return to try the rosemary-infused Lillet Blanc! They also have a nice collection of beers and wines. I also tried the Talea Peachberry Punch while I was there, which was a delicious sour, but I'd say the cocktails are the draw here. I'll be back!

I liked the floral vibes of the drink, almost like butterfly pea, but didn't love the spray they added in the end. The gin wasn't too strong. --Yurie: 56709's interpretation of a margarita and I enjoyed the sansho salt instead of tajin. The spicy, slightly bitter yuzu pepper liqueur helped balance out the alcohol! --Ryuichi: Enjoyed the prominent sencha tea flavors that paired well with the herbacious campari --Ranma: A little too strong for me but an interesting mix of whiskey, black tea, chocolate, and red wine. The glass was super cute! Their snacks are from Gulp (which is the front of the store). The popcorn chicken was very well seasoned, tender, and crispy. The radish cakes were freshly fried and came with a good amount of XO sauce. Staff members were pretty attentive. Managed to get two bar seats for a walk-in on a Friday night! I had a good time at 56709 but I still like 929 more for their drinks and music.

The biggest question then became, where to go? We needed a place that was relatively easy to get to that would hold close to 100 people. Jungly was a contender for several reasons - it's location, size, vibe, and menu all seemed to check off. It also helped that I had done business with the owner previously at one of his other spots. It seemed like the natural choice, so I went ahead with the booking. Jungly is located in LIC - it's a pretty convenient spot as its close to the LIRR and the subway. Parking can be a challenge, but luckily I found a spot only a block away. The space itself is nicely set up - walking in you're immediately greeted by the bar area with dining areas both to the left and the right. Due to our size, they closed the place to the public and we were able to freely roam the bar area and one of the dining rooms. In addition to standard tables, they have some lounge space and high tops by the bar. The vibe is somewhat modern - a black/grey color scheme paired with neon and golds. It looks like the space could easily be converted to a club-like atmosphere. Since we were here for a private event, the food was set up buffet style - we chose three apps, four mains, and two sides. Ultimately, for apps we chose pita bread with dips, steak tacos, and shrimp tacos. For mains we chose fried chicken sliders, smashed beef sliders, cacio e pepe, and roasted chicken. For sides, we got fries and Brussels sprouts. In general, all of the food was tasty; the strongest dishes were the tacos, fries, and the chicken tacos. The tacos were generously filled, the fries were the crispy skin style, and the chicken sliders were nice and crispy. The weakest for me was the cacio e pepe - not much flavor and just not really a standout IMO. My communication with management to set up the event were a little staccato, though in the end everything worked out. For the most part, my communication with them was consistent in the days leading up to the event. Service the night of the event was overall good - they were very accessible but I found that they could have replenished the food a little faster in response to the rate it was being taken from the buffet. The bar, on the other hand, was great - both in service and variety of liquor available. Overall, we had a great event at Jungly. They were professional, fair, and delivered on the goods. I would definitely consider hosting another event there, or dine here on my own.

The bartender, the one person who should be welcoming and engaging, came across as rude and lacked any charisma. On a Friday night, good energy behind the bar makes a huge difference, and that was completely missing. I ordered a margarita, which is one of the simplest and most common cocktails to make. I asked for it really sweet with plenty of salt on the rim. Instead, it came out barely sweet and with almost no salt. For a $17 margarita, I expected much better. I've had to return the drink because I've had better margaritas for $12 at other places. While waiting for my friend, I had to wait with a glass of water because I didn't trust the way they made the drink. The bartender told me I either needed to order another drink or move, which felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. To be fair, the food was good and the space itself is nice. However, the bar service left a very poor impression. There are plenty of more affordable places where the staff are friendly and make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. Give this place a 6.5
