The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are fair. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub area. The free breakfast is mediocre. They supply free coffee all day long and free cookies served each night, which is a nice touch.

We checked in and went to our assigned room. We quickly discovered the room to be quite filthy. There was long black hair everywhere. On the countertops, in the bathtub, on the tile floor where the kitchen sick was, and even large clumps under the vanity sink. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke to the GM "Elissa." She was very apologetic and sent a housekeeper down shortly after. The housekeeper visited our room to "re-clean" it, and once she left, there was still hair all over the place. I didn't want to complain to the front desk for a second time, so I did the best I could by washing some of those surfaces myself with the hotel bath towels. Unfortunately, it didnt end there. We went to the the breakfast buffet all three days between 8 and 8:30. It was atrocious. It was very overcrowded and items were not replenished once empty. There was only one working waffle maker that left many people waiting 8-10 people deep in line. Juice machine was "out of order" with no alternative offered other than coffee and tea. Oatmeal was empty. Milk was empty. Cereal container was empty. It was just downright awful. Ive never had this type of experience at any hotel breakfast. There were two restrooms across from the dining area that were BOTH "out of order" the entirety of our stay. So basically the only available restroom was the one in our room. Housekeeping services are supposed to be started on day two of guests stays. Our mounted shower gel was empty. I went to the front desk at 10am asking for a replacement. I waited around all day. Nobody came. I texted the front desk around 3PM asking if we had been forgotten about and was told someone would be down in 5 minutes. Another hour and a half went by, and it was finally delivered to our door at 5PM.... Housekeeper never entered the room. Thats all that was done. Our trashes remained overflowing. Our shampoo and conditioner were empty shorly after. No fresh towels were delivered. It was just bad. The worst part, which forced us to leave early was the discomfort in the beds. I can't even begin to explain how uncomfortable the beds in our room were. The pull out sleeper was like sleeping on straight mattress springs. It left my daughter with severe neck and shoulder pain. The king size bed was just as bad. My husband and I couldn't sleep at all because the bed was so uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night long and woke up with neck, back, and hip pain. On day two of our stay, I also noticed tiny black ants on the wall next to our bed, and two of them IN our bed. We couldn't take it anymore, so we checked out of the hotel after just 3 short, painfully agonizing days. We spoke to the GM again and explained why we had to leave. She was apologetic but did not offer to compensate any part of our stay. It was by far the most disappointing vacations ever. We had looked forward to this vacation for months to be seriously disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel. Look elsewhere.

Upon my stay, they actually tried to charge me a fee of $200 for smoking in the room. I tried to explain to them that the odor was present before I checked in. Unfortunately, the general manager, Lauren, is displaced and has no clue how to run a business establishment. Highly avoid this place as well as their other property. There are numerous better options on Cape Cod. The owners here are a huge problem.

I was traveling for a family event and it was close and rates seemed ok. Everything else had been booked solid. Upon arrival the horror began, dirty room, holes in the wall, mold in the bathroom, spider webs and stains in the ceiling. The worst part however was the entire 'plastic' railing on the second floor could be shaken to a 30 to 40 degree angle back and forth. A potential death trap. There solution: See images and if I can post the video I will - yellow tape with a hand written note don't lean - are they kidding...I tried and tried to go elsewhere that day!!! Nothing was available at high season. STAY AWAY - this place should be shut down before someone is seriously injured or worse!!!

Finding a bnb that accepts dogs is hard enough but down the cape during August was an epic score. With a heated saltwater pool no doubt and plenty of parking. Owners and staff could not be friendlier and our room was plenty large with full fridge and awesome tile shower with five heads ,ac and fan plenty of Windows and sliders to pool . Only drawback was nightly fire by our bathroom window forced us to keep Windows shut due to smoke and smell, would be better off in back yard. Quick drive or brisk walk to the village with awesome market, Nirvana coffee and Italian restaurant plus pond and dog park. Only factor preventing a five star review is can't leave dog onsite . We also found Scranton Creek that was dog friendly with kayak rental and swimming for absolutely free

We came in after the room had been cleaned and found the floors covered with humidity, the maid turned the ac off. I used a towel to wipe off the condensation, and it turned black, see photo. Dirty floors. Breakfast was included on our package. It was the same each day: -eggs -bacon -sausage -potatoes -pancakes Plus. The normal cereal, one type of bread, and one kind of so-so muffin. Nothing to write home about. But it was good, just not "resort" quality. We did see the restaurant manager checking on food, and greeting people. The coffee was good, with real half n half offered. In the evening there was a self serve s'mores table with chocolate, Graham crackers, and marshmallows. Simply take the goodies outside to one of the many fire pits. Nice. One evening there was line dancing lessons. The bar has live entertainment.

The pools were overrun by teenagers not being watched by their parents because all the parents were in the bar line or just not paying attention, felt bad for the lifeguards who kept having to literally yell at them and blow their whistles while they continued to not listen. At around 11/11:30PM I ended up in the hallway confronting a group of teenage girls who were literally screaming their heads off for whatever reason, I was trying to get my toddlers to bed and they wouldn't sleep because the girls in the adjoining room were just such a nuisance. However after telling them if they didn't keep it down I was calling security and their parents (who no surprise were at the bar), they kept it quiet the rest of the night. So overall we had a good time, room was nice and comfy, pool area overall was great aside from insane teens and drunk parents. Probably won't be back again anytime soon though.

Anchor In provided the exact experience I was looking for. Upon arrival, we quickly enjoyed the marina view. The hotel is a boutique / 42 room inn with complimentary parking, complimentary continental breakfast, friendly staff, a beautiful pool, outdoor seating/fire pit and it's all within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Our room was comfortable, with a patio overlooking the marina. The bathroom was large and while not one of the more modern bathrooms I've seen, it did provide all of the accessories a traveler would need. The room also offered a Keurig coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. The bed was a large king size bed, the mattress was a bit soft for my preference. For those who may be visiting the hospital, this hotel is also across the street from the hospital. If you're looking for a beautiful view, comfortable room, friendly staff, free parking and breakfast, all at a great rate, this is a wonderful option.
