The sauce was unlike any other, but had the perfect balance of tangy, salty, and sweet. For dinner, we ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Florentine, Carbonara, and Smoked Gouda Pierogies. Every dish came out quickly, the perfect temperature, and packed with flavor. We truly had nothing negative to say about our experience at DeBlaze at 131.
