I went thru the BK drive thru with my partner yesterday, We each wanted to use a coupon that was mailed to us, The person at drive thru speaker said we could only use one coupon per visit. We told the young man at window to ring up one only and we would circle around and use the second one, he said ok. Well he rang up both meals and charged full price on the second one, $14.37 for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries (coupon was for $7.49). We have used two coupons before at this store but he said this was a manager decree. Now if you follow this store at all on this site you will see that it was deserted by employees before and closed by company, I am sure they will eventually meet the same fate once again. read more

I am torn on how to review this. It went downhill a couple years ago and closed then it reopened and I thought it was doing really well. Lately when I've gone, it's taken 30 minutes to order and get my food in the drive thru. I can't figure out why it's so slow but the employees are always so nice and sweet and apologetic. The window server was miserable and after a wait in the drive thru line was shoved a grease soaked bag of food for $55. I ordered 6;plain burger patties and was charged 5.99 a piece and they were wrapped all together in a grease soaked paper that leaked over the other sandwich and wrap that was ordered. I'm usually a BK fan and can find a reason why one that has such horrible reviews isn't so bad. But this one has nothing redeemable about it. This one deserves that bad reviews. This one needs an overhaul. The overhaul does not extend to the building as it is a newer building. They got that covered. What needs overhauled is the staff. By the end of this review, you will understand. I was out with my nephew for a day of activities. After completing our time at the North Shore I asked where he wanted to eat and he explicitly said BK. I did a search and found the nearest one. Unfortunately this fit that bill. Make our way here, which isn't easy, pull into the lot and park. I hesitated for a bit because there was no one inside. I wasn't sure if we were allowed inside, I saw more cars in the drive thru than those parked. With my nephew in tow, we get out of the car and try the door. It opens, good deal. Go inside and it's eerily empty but not quiet. As soon as we walk in you can hear yelling. Not just yelling, but arguing. We make our way to the counter and are greeted by one of the two that are arguing. Between rifts or argument he tells me the inside is closed, with my nephew in tow we are about to exit until he says, but since you are in here you can order. With more hesitation I go and order. Place my order and basically have to wait like a child who has to watch his parent's argue. I'm not sure what started the arguing, but it got worse and neared the point of a physical fight. The argument was between a guy and girl. I'm assuming at least one of them was to be some type of management, but it was hard to determine. The girl kept saying that they guy was egging her on so that she would quite. The guy just kept arguing no matter what the girl would do. She'd take and order, he'd argue. She'd fill an order, he'd argue. She'd prepare freshly made items, he'd argue. She'd stock supplies, he'd argue, use the restroom, and then resume arguing. It was like watching a wild tennis match. It was like me, my nephew, and the other employee were all forgotten about. The other employee I felt bad for as she was doing everything that neither of them were doing while arguing. Which translated to us not getting our cups until after our food. I was afraid to ask for them, or maybe I was distracted from the BK soap opera unfolding in front of me. They also didn't have any kid's meal toys...but filled that void with giving chocolate chip cookies. Talk about being distracted, I didn't notice much of what was going in the restaurant. While we had our entertainment and finally receive our food, my nephew wanted to eat in house. After all that, hell no were we going to do that. In my haste I didn't check my bad to see if everything was in the bag, we didn't get everything we ordered. But at that point we didn't care. Head to the door to leave, push on it, and we are locked in. I tried my hardest to unlock the door. I looked like a panicked victim trying to escape the horror house. I go back to the counter and meekly said I need let out. They did whatever they needed to do to get the door open and we are left out finally. On our way out I finally overhear that they are short staffed and the only three in the restaurant are about to be two for the night. After all that arguing, my nephew and I got in my vehicle and we sped away as fast as you can. The food was put together hastily. I mean that was an understatement. With all the arguing, I am surprised it got put together. After the soap opera, we find a place to pull over and eat and unsatisfying meal. read more

Been visiting the Noblestown Rd store off & on for years. Watched the store change hands a few time. Now we have a wonderful manager, Becca, who really cares about making the customers & crew have a great experience. Works as a team to get food out hot, correct & quickly. When she's short handed she makes you aware if there will be a delay. Several weeks ago I stopped in for breakfast & Becca was serving customers, taking orders & preparing them all by herself. This was not the 1st time I've seen Becca holding down the fort alone. She is an incredible asset & deserves more help. It's a pleasure to return on a regular basis & receive great service, hot food & welcoming smiles & laughter from people who enjoy their job. Since she has arrived the atmosphere has greatly changed & the store is nice & clean. I know she's still working out the kinks from previous management, but she is growing crew has made it a pleasure to eat here. Keep up the great work. read more

If I could give a negative review, I would in a heartbeat. When this Burger King first opened, I predicted it would close in a year, which was new construction at the time. That prediction held true. Research the articles out there about it, the news station even reported it. The management was horrific. I went there once and they had no Ketchup. Think about that for a second. A burger place with no Ketchup. Now that it has new opened under new management it is just as bad. It is the worse ran business that I have ever seen. It takes then an average of 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. There food is cold. They run out of everything. I tried to get a whopper this weekend and the wait time was 22 minutes and they had no bacon. I guarantee that this place is closed within a year. They give Burger Kings such a bad reputation. Now, McDonalds is right down the road and they are a perfect example of a well oiled machine. They are managed so well. They need to go do some observations. I can not believe they call this place FAST FOOD. I placed an online order for pick up because I had to get to work. These workers not only made me wait 47 minutes before I left WITHOUT my food, NOTHING was even made!! There were 4 people literally standing around doing absolutely NOTHING but having conversation with each other, not caring that I was waiting 40 minutes for my food. There was one car ahead of me when I got there and that guy took 22 minutes to even get his food. I expected much better from BK being that they shut this location down already and it came back the same way it left. $ h i t t y . The customer service is horrible. The workers are slow no way anyone can say this is a fast food restaurant, at least not at this location. You get 30 minute to hour wait times just for your meal and it's sickening because I used to love BK and I haven't ordered fast food in months and now I see why I stay away from it. 1 star too many for this place. Absolutely the worst BK or fast food place of all time. Employees would rather smoke a blunt outside then take your order. Burger was missing cheese. They just put on a slice of cheese, not offered to be remade. But the worst part was that the manager told me they were busy. And I said "oh that's ok. Kitchen/ prep area, visible from counter, was in desperate need of cleaning- paper and empty ketchup container on floor - tomato waste piled up in corner, very dirty. Manager (guy in black pants and shirt) walked past the mess several times appeared oblivious to the mess. Very nice young lady working at register- but obviously had difficulty understanding my very basic order - two cheeseburgers with ketchup. I had to repeat at least six times ... cheeseburgers 'what?' My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick dinner while trying to somewhat stick to our 'low carb' meal plan. The cashier was very friendly and told us to take our time looking at the menu. When I asked if they could do a double whopper w/ cheese, but with no bun, he said yes no problem and clicked the 'low carb' button on the register which I thought was pretty cool. I also got a side salad w/ ranch dressing and a fountain drink. The inside was spotless and very modern, and there was only one other couple eating in the dining room area. Everything was in working order & the furniture looked brand new. I also like that they have the Coca Cola fountain machine with all the neat drink combinations and add-ins! The possibilities are endless. Our food took longer than I expected, but to be fair I am not sure how backed up the drive thru was. My burger looked very appealing and all the toppings were there. It was EXCELLENT; everything tasted fresh and good quality. My side salad was a very nice portion with shredded cheddar cheese and tomatoes. The ranch dressing brand is 'Kens' and it was very good as well. We also got a survey on our receipt to complete for a free whopper (with purchase) on our next visit! We will DEFINITELY be back to this location for a dinner treat while trying to stick to our 'diet.' It is a solid choice for those who have a low carb lifestyle! read more

Edited 3/26/18: I originally said the food was good here yet the inside of the restaurant was disgusting. Let me amend that as of today and another visit by saying the food has reached the distinction of being terrible to my taste buds as well. This place will be lucky to exist next year if it doesn't get shut down this year. It seriously needs an entirely new crew to come in and rescue it. I live less than a mile for this location and was thrilled when I heard last year that we were getting a new Burger King so close. Ironically, it's right across the street where the former Burger King (now Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe) was. For the first couple of weeks that it was open, it was impossible to get near. The drive-thru lanes were always backed up and the rest of the traffic for the restaurant literally went into main road. I know, it's Burger King. Not worth that much fuss. Yesterday (1/6/18) was my first visit. I went through the drive-thru and apart from them putting onions on my Whopper when I asked them not to, the order was fine and the burger and fries were as good as any other BK I've visited. So far, so good. However, I returned today (1/7/18) and went inside at 2:41 PM. The place was an absolute disaster. It's a smaller location, so there's not as much room as all the other BKs I've been to. But there was one cashier with a line of people already five or six deep, an unruly manager yelling at the crew constantly, and all the other staff just seemingly confused, not listening, or not bothered enough to do their jobs. Orders in front of mine were filled wrong multiple times. The cashier kept punching in orders incorrectly and had to be corrected by the customers. The manager was too busy yelling at everyone and getting in a hurry that he wasn't even paying attention to what was going on and just throwing orders out to the counter, one of which wasn't even completely filled. He wound up bagging mine as a take out order even though it clearly stated that it was for dine in. It shouldn't have been that unruly. It was a regular after lunch crowd on a Sunday with nowhere near a crazy drive-thru line. Once I finally got my order, I went back and sat down all the way in the back of the dining room because it was literally one of the few tables that was clean. 95% of the other tables had sticky stuff on them, or hadn't been wiped down in general. There was one table that had a cup on it that whole time I was there and remained there when I left. Whomever's it was had left long before I arrived. The floor near me had a huge half wet-half dried soda spill on the floor under the table. The walls were filthy with black, brown, and white smudges. The men's bathroom had a leftover ketchup cup on the soap dispenser, white streaked residue on the walls, a dirty floor and a urinal with old toilet paper in it. To top it off there are two already broken stools in the dining area. THIS PLACE HASN'T EVEN BEEN OPEN A MONTH. Pics are included of all the offenses. The kitchen was no better, with knocked over bun trays near the back, with bun halves and other debris on the floor, along with some brooms. I wasn't able to get a picture of that, but you can see how the front end cup service next to the soda fountain looked. It's a shame. This place is brand new and already neglected. The staff are obviously not trained well and not trained enough. The manager on duty needed to learn to catch his breath and not create more confusion and getting orders wrong on top of orders that were already wrong. Until this place gets its act together, I won't be going back in. They had a full staff and not one crew member was even looking to clean up the place. I'm a delivery driver. I was ignored in the lobby for 10-15 mins as half a dozen or more orders went through the drive through. After they asked the name of the order the proceeded to not prepare my order as more drive through orders were processed. Based on the scowling looks and general unfriendliness I can only assume racism or some other malicious motive for the behavior. I returned later in the night and went through the drive through where they flat out refused to take my order. I will not be taking deliveries from this location. Every time I've been there I watch them make my food and the food is cold, the cheese is never melted, and the staff could care less but first they would have to care. When you are in a hurry and a new BK opened up, you give it a try. This is a small BK with about 7 tables and a few counter seats at the window by the entrance. There was a short line but it moved fast and was surprised at how fast the food come out due to the number of people. The soda machine is one of the newer style that you can pick about 100 options. Placed my order at 7:15, still waiting at just about 7:30. Disorganized, and having worked in this type of environment, it can get hectic, but 2 employees on a saturday night? My actual rating is a minus 1. Was a decent BK when first opened, place clean, staff good, food good BK usual menu. Before the C19 panic the service, quality began tanking. Stopped dining inside, just did drive thru. Became consistently disappointed because my/our sandwiches were a sloppy mess. A few months ago did a drive thru pick up, went 1/2 mile home, ate. Within 2 hours we were both a bit ill, to be polite will just say we were both a miserable parody of a Pepto B advert. Stupidly we have gone back a few more times. Sadly have ended up with gippy tummies. Tonight spouse told "we ain't got no chicken club" so he pulled out of the order line and called me. OK, can they do the burger on grilled bread? So he got back into drive thru lane, ordered, grabbed & dashed home. I opened bag and found a sandwich kind of wrapped in paper. Rather reminded me of a gift a two year once gave me but at least she tried to wrap it with care. So the sandwich crap. A burger or something, with burnt edges slapped between 2 slices of soggy bread. So much for a BK burger that was supposed to be on grilled bread/toast. I'm not prudish but darn it I was not happy to get a naked sandwich. No cheese, nought. My mistake was to be not so shocked at the absurdity of it and a bit hungry, went ahead to eat about 1/2 of the disaster. I am not sure at this point what I regret the most. I could have taken a snap or two & posted a fun bit on FB and I missed the moment to do or just that the last year plus has been so wonky and absurd that I have become so jaded. Honestly, I've been here 4 times and it's only actually only ever been open once. 1/4 times I've actually left with food. They randomly close whenever they want through the day. It's not like I'm coming at 11pm or 5am I'm going between the hours of 12pm-6pm so I don't get it. and the last time I went the employee was in the building crying trying to keep it together (same sis) but I just don't understand how this location is even still open.
