The residents and door staff were always friendly, but the management company was unresponsive and sluggish (they didn't have my apartment ready on move-in day, with the floors torn up and appliances out of place, for example). That's all changed now that Greystar took over, and the management team has been responsive, helpful, and flexible. They've also done a great job of communicating with residents as they transition away from outdated systems and fix long-standing issues. Highly recommend.

Was originally going to get a car since there's on site parking, but this area is so walkable it doesn't seem like I'll be needing it. The first time we visited, we had grandchildren with us. Ages 11, 6, and 2, in which anyone knows, kids those ages can be very hyper. However, Arthur accommodated the children (free snacks, water, etc) and didn't get annoyed when they got excited about the children's playroom. It's safe to say that 461 Dean is kid-friendly if you're considering moving here with children. Furthermore, Grey Star Management (property management assigned to the building) really live up to their core values displayed in the leasing office. From their staff to decor, the building surpassed ours expectations. Did I mention free yoga classes and once-a-month building events?! We are set to move in October 1st and cannot wait. There are a few restrooms on the ground floor, however, you need to know the pass code in order to ultize them. I knew the code initially, however, it recently changed and I'm unaware of the new code. The building is kept clean and there are so many suites in total. It's imperative to know ahead of time which specific suite you are going to because you can easily get lost. There's usually no one around to ask for assistance to location your desired suite.

They have more than 20 people working for this building. They have private gym, spa, tv room, conference room, pool ... You name it they have it. So many activities around the year. Sylvan has a garage attached to the building and residents can call for their car using the intercom system in each apartment. The Pinnacle is staffed by wonderful, helpful people who take pride in their jobs and workplace- from the concierge and doormen to the porters and garage valets. They help make living in this building a true pleasure.
