This place has been a life saver for us since we moved to NJ…read more They take a good care of our dog and he comes home happy every time he goes there. Their facility is spacious with 3 different rooms for unsocial doggies and friendly ones. No crates used so the dogs can sleep wherever they want. They have been good with giving medicine or supplements when mine needs it. They can also give him shampoo before he leaves which is almost necessity for mine. The price is better than the most I have found on dogvacay which is now Rover I think. The staff is friendly and reliable. We haven't had any issues with my dog's stays.

REVIEW FOR CAT GROOMING:…read more Very good experience here. We don't have much to compare to as this is the first place we tried but were very satisfied! My family actually brings our long haired kitty cat here because her fur tends to get very matted, tangled and gross. I'd imagine this is scary for her because it's a salon full of dogs! But they do their best to make her comfortable and we've been satisfied with the results. Sometimes she looks silly like the time they made her look like a little lion (with the little tail poof) but now we specify what we want her to look like. So just discuss the desired result with them. They even put an adorable little bandana on her sometimes! So I would recommend this place for cat owners, unless your cat is really easily spooked, then you might want to seek out a place that caters to only cats. Also, just as an fyi, as far as cats are concerned, grooming changes their smell. Her cat family (mom and brother) do not immediately recognize her natural smell (b/c it's masked by the smell of shampoo) and ostracize her for a little bit. Sometimes they even smack her around! But it usually gets back to normal quickly.

The appointment was very easy to make and the lady was accommodative with my schedule. The ladies at this grooming place are the sweetest, so gentle, patient and great with dogs. I loved their demeanor and professionalism. My pup came back clean, smelling and looking like a million bucks with his bandana and holiday treats. Definitely coming back here for his next bath!

I've been bringing my cutie pie to this grooming establishment for over a year now, and…read moreunfortunately each visit seems to come with an attempt to upsell additional services. Almost every appointment includes recommendations for add-ons like deshedding shampoo, which increases the overall cost. Today's visit was especially disappointing. I was told for the first time my dog has dry skin and they proceeded to point it out, though it wasn't clear what solution they were leading into--possibly another added service or product recommendation. Then I was told my dog had "a lot of matting" underneath her undercoat. They showed me the area, and honestly, it did not appear severely matted at all--nothing noticeably different from what she's had during previous grooming appointments with them. The owner continued explaining they weren't sure how long brushing would take before shampooing and because of that there "may" be an additional $25 charge. The uncertainty around the pricing was frustrating. I came in expecting a simple shampoo and haircut, but was quoted $115 with the possibility of additional charges depending on brushing time. The owner even suggested I take my dog home, brush her myself, and bring her back--which I found surprising. On top of that, I was told pickup wouldn't be for another 4 hours. To me, that feels excessive and seems tied to taking on too many dogs at once. If my dog is already staying for that amount of time, I struggle to understand why there may still be extra charges added. What's most disappointing is the amount of surprise fees and added services, especially as a long-time loyal customer. Every pet owner I've spoken with--many with the same breed--typically spends around $60-$70 for grooming. Also during our conversation another customer came in and waited with his dog , when clearly on their door it says one customer in store at a time . The owner should have made that clear as I felt uncomfortable all while another customer stands there listening in. Upon my arrival, there was another customer there with his dog and I patiently waited outside Needless to say, just be aware that during visits, additional services may be recommended that can significantly increase your final bill. -- A disappointed loyal customer

This place will make you feel like your baby died all over again, avoid them at all cost…read more I want to share my experience that took place today. I scheduled a visitation at 11 AM for my best friend of 12 1/2 years. After taking care of the payment and paperwork I was led to the visitation room, The moment I laid eyes on the deceased I turned and said that's not my dog to which I was met by that's not possible, I tapped my phone and said this is Eli that is not. I was left in the room with the unknown deceased dog until I went outside to collect myself. I was then told they were on the phone with the vet to figure out where Eli is. They finally said Eli was there but due to human error Eli was already cremated. I was supposed to see my best friend for the last time today, Instead I was traumatized for life and will never know who I actually brought home. I am disabled and unable to work Eli was my heart and world instead of seeing my best friend and kissing his head for the last time I will always question whether or not it was my baby I brought home. Final gift you should be ashamed of yourselves it feels like my baby boy died all over again today. Just so you can see this is my handsome boy that you stole the opportunity from me to say my final goodbye, this was my best friend, the damage you did is immeasurable.

ZERO STARS_ SCAM FRAUD!!! Final Gift Pet Memorial Center - Clifton, NJ…read moreZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. INCOMPETENT, LIARS, AND MOST OF ALL HEARTLESS! They told me 8/19/2024 that my Giselle french bulldog could not be saved so I had to put her to sleep. Sold me the whole" Final Gift Pet Memorial Center - Clifton, NJ", package which should of included cremation, certificate and box, name plate and my dog's paw print. Charged me $707 and told me about 1.5 to 2 weeks to receive. They actually called me in 2 days! This was strange to me that it was so fast but I was grateful. When I picked my dogs remains and items to find my dog's name incorrectly spelled. Long story short they assured me it would be corrected. NOW they lost my dog's print. None knows where it is.... Are you kidding me. I'm devasted over the death of my dog and they cant get it right. They seriously don't give a shit and now I question what's really in this box because of all this. I want a refund, they won't. THEY HAVE NO IDEA of the crazy bitch I am, and will become. The pain of loosing my dog makes me stronger. You cannot just fuck with peoples emotions and not correct your mistakes. The Vet office and Memorial Service need to refund me and everyone else they did wrong. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. FRAUD! Also when I called today 8/28/2024 to find out it the paw was ready to be picked up, I was told they had no Giselle in the system..... THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Do NOT trust them with your pets!!!

Our main goals were to address poor manners when people came over (jumping/barking), poor leash manners (pulling/leading the walk/leash aggression for one of them), and all around general behavior training. We wanted, and needed, help to rectify these things before our son became truly mobile. We emailed Pat on a Friday night and he called the next day. We spoke for over an hour and he reassured us that things would be okay. We scheduled a training session for later that week and haven't looked back. He is an incredible teacher; he took the time to learn about our dogs, our family dynamic, and what our hopes were for the training sessions. He began teaching us right away and showed us how to get into the minds of our dogs. We are five sessions in and there has been such a vast improvement already. We are currently working on walking both dogs and pushing the stroller - a dream of mine - that is soon to be a reality. We genuinely look forward to each session and getting to hang with Pat. Our pack was definitely out of whack but Pat has been instrumental in teaching us how to teach our dogs and reframe our thinking. If you are looking for a no BS, honest, caring trainer/behaviorist, and you are willing to trust someone, and put in the time and work, look no further - he is definitely your guy. We cannot recommend him enough.
