The result was one hand with beautiful manicure and other looking like it has not been treated at all because the person working on my nails was harrying to serve next customer. Second time I come here they were very busy, but told me that it will only be few minutes wait. They did sit me down quickly and started gel soak off - but because they were very busy they left me with acetone on for what seem like ages and work on other customers! Now my nails look so dehydrated and completely white and in some places it looks like the top of nail is splitting!

I can't vouch for the treatments they offer - although they always seem popular, particularly with the older generation. I can however really recommend the helpful staff and the improved selection of feet-friendly shoes (although it's not the place to look for cutting-edge fashionista styling). I was lured in here recently by their half price MBTs; while I was perusing those I discovered some quirkily-stylish, Spanish, softest leather boots and shoes by El Natura Lista. They regularly seem to have offers; it's also slightly away from the main drag of Kingston's hugely busy shopping hub so it can offer a refreshing, restorative contrast with the frantic surrounding rush of shoppers - especially in the run-up to Xmas!
