If you enjoy a life if luxury or want to look extra smart at your workplace, this is the place to go. This nail bar is a bit pricey, but worth it to those in search of glamour and beauty! I like the design of the nail bar, because it is set up to offer true maxing and relaxing. There are about a dozen of extra comfortable booths and an expansive range of colours to choose from! They offer the basic manicure and pedicure services, along with nail extensions and designs! Be prepared to spend around £30!

Around Christmas I went to Nails Inc. to get my nails done in time for the party season and decided…read moreto take my little sister as a Christmas treat. After a bit of a mess-up with timings (the receptionist seemed fairly bored and disorganised) we finally sat down to get our manicures. The salon was a bit hot and stuffy and they really needed some ventilation as my head was spinning from the fumes but apparently they were about to refurbish so we can let them off :) My sister ended up waiting for 20 mins while mine started straight away but luckily as I was getting Minx nails and she was getting a French we still finished at the same time. The therapist who did my nails was really lovely though and my nails looked amazing which made up for it all. Although it was fairly expensive it was totally worth it and my nails lasted for a whole MONTH - amazing!

I didn't have an…read moreappointment but they managed to squeeze me in before I had to leave on a flight, which was very nice of them. My nails really stood the test over the course of two weeks: briney salt water in Barcelona and Valencia, partying hardy in Ibiza, and lugging/packing/unpacking/re-packing a 32 kg suitcase (I like to shop, sue me!). The amazing part is that my nails did not chip or break. They were in pristine condition after all of this. It was pricey though, I wasn't expecting to pay $50 for a manicure but I was desperate and it was worth it. The Nail Bar has all of the new OPI colors available both to use for your manicure and for purchase. You even get to pick out which lotion you want to use...that hand massage was heaven! The technicians take their time and are in no hurry to rush you out (even though the space is tiny, especially if you already have shopping bags). My only complaint is that because the nail bar is located in the women's street wear section of Selfridges (where all of the Oasis, All Saints, Miss Sixty stuff is), that I was subject to La Roux/ Sugababes/ David Guetta blasting for 45 minutes.

Extremely disappointing experience and probably the worst nail service I've had…read more I booked a manicure with gel removal. The technician removed the product from my entire first hand before telling me it was apparently hard gel rather than regular gel and that she wasn't qualified/authorised to remove it. I'm not a nail technician, so I'm not sure how a customer is expected to know the technical difference when their own trained technician couldn't identify it before starting the removal. I even offered to skip the manicure completely and just have the product removed, but they couldn't do that either because the technicians available weren't qualified to perform hard-gel removal. I left with no manicure, one hand partially removed and the other untouched. Townhouse then refused to refund me for the incomplete service and instead gave me account points, despite me clearly saying I don't want credit or another appointment. Very poor handling of the appointment and subsequent complaint. I definitely won't be returning.
