We had a really good chat about what I wanted to have done with my colour and she really tried to understand me and give me advice on how to make it work. When explaining my idea for for my haircut, she listed intently, then looked through her phone, showed me a picture and said "Like this?" and just like that she nailed it. Amazing. She also was from Italy and many people that came in spoke Italian and it seemed nearly all the staff spoke Italian as well. It created a great European atmosphere and I just loved it. My colour BTW looks amazing and the haircut is still shining through my curls after nearly two months. Success.

I walked out with shellac removed, nails trimmed and filed, nail hardener treatment and cuticle oil applied.
