It was done by the senior masseuse and for about 45 minutes, only set me back by £35.00. At the end, she gave me exercises to do, and the muscles were back to normal by the end of the day. For a relatively small salon, they pack so much into this place - a hair salon, mani's, pedi's, facials, body treatments,massage, waxing, electrolysis and laser hair removal. If all that sounds a bit painful you can get a St Tropez done instead. The girls are all lovely in here, and the prices aren't expensive. If you are a local and you haven't been in here, you need to get yourself down here and let the ladies sort you out.

After I came back from a weeks walking holiday in the Spanish mountains I went for the De-Stress Muscle Release (1hr 15 mins, £75.00), where I was pumelled back into shape. It was a strange combination of heavenly and painful, but I came out with restored joints. They also do a wide range of back and neck massages as well as anti-cellulite treatments, facials (the Renew Rose Facial is very popular) and pregnancy treatments. You have to sit on a dentist-like chair in the middle of Debenhams make-up section whilst a lady pulls out your eyebrow hair with a piece of thread she holds between her teeth. Any passers-by are free to gawk, and gawk they do. Some people even have their moustache pulled out (a little too much I'd say, especially in public, although fair play to them!). And the pain - oh dear god it hurts, especially if you have "strong" eyebrows like me according to the threader (you had better wish you haven't!). You are instructed to pull at your eyes in certain ways to make the area more taut and therefore less painful, but I defy your eyes not to water! But, as I said before, it's worth it. I've tried plucking, waxing, even the Benefit brow bar, and none has been as good as this. I could not recommend threading more, and this is my favourite place to do it. The result was one hand with beautiful manicure and other looking like it has not been treated at all because the person working on my nails was harrying to serve next customer. Second time I come here they were very busy, but told me that it will only be few minutes wait. They did sit me down quickly and started gel soak off - but because they were very busy they left me with acetone on for what seem like ages and work on other customers! Now my nails look so dehydrated and completely white and in some places it looks like the top of nail is splitting!
