In Harmony is such a lush treat. There is a reason why it has won Beauty Salon of the year for 4…read moreyears running. It came to Bridge Road about 6 years ago, taking over the space which was the old bank. Somehow it transformed bank premises into a spacious salon which houses spa therapies and a manicure/pedicure room. Over the past few birthdays and Christmas's I have asked for vouchers for In Harmony treatments (they are quite pricey, and I never have much money) Usually I get an Ultimate Aromatherapy Massage (1hr 15 mins for £75.00). After I came back from a weeks walking holiday in the Spanish mountains I went for the De-Stress Muscle Release (1hr 15 mins, £75.00), where I was pumelled back into shape. It was a strange combination of heavenly and painful, but I came out with restored joints. They also do a wide range of back and neck massages as well as anti-cellulite treatments, facials (the Renew Rose Facial is very popular) and pregnancy treatments. Now I just need someone to get me another voucher...

If you think that plenty of people in Molesey have been away somewhere nice and hot recently,…read morebecause they have a tan, they haven't - they have been here. Especially the boys. Sorry guys, your secret is out. I used to come to Tru Tan a couple of years ago when I occasionally used to use sun beds. I only went on them every couple of months, and stopped when I realised that I am a girl with freckles, and these are so not a good idea. Still, if you are after a stint on the tan beds, this is where they are. Thankfully they do other treatments so I can still come in. The safer way to look tanned is the spray tan, and they do a Mystic spray tan here. This costs £15.00, which is much cheaper than a St Tropez. As it as a machine that does it,rather than a person, do remember to lift your arms up when it sprays you, otherwise you will have a curious strip effect running up and down your body. Of course, you know that I speak from experience. They also do waxing here, and eyebrow and lash tints. You can also get manicures and pedicures done. I have yet to see the point of manicures - but that is because I invariably chip all the nail polish before I have got to the car. Honestly, you can't take me anywhere!

Probably the worst ever shellac & pedicure ever!!! I've had loads of pedicures & shellacs. But this…read moreis awful!!! When I complained twice. On the second time the manager said I was being aggressive. Totally not the case. She was rude as was Olivia the other college, I had a shellac manicure/ pedicure. Plus a fake bake. I think I paid £ 55 pedicure, & £ 20 manicure (offer £5 discount) plus I think £16 ish for fake bake.they got the price wrong when I phoned. So when I went it to confirm they said that will be £30.when I complained they said they would do it for £ 16 plus the mani/ pedi. £91. Well my daughter could have done better. Not a happy customer.

I normally let nail techs do whatever but this guy was clearly in a hurry (a lot of customers were coming in during the lunch hour) so I found myself gently correcting him a few times. The hand "massage" (if you could even call it that) consisted of him putting lotion on my hands for 15 seconds and concluding the manicure session. My shellac nails chipped the next day. It was definitely a red flag when they were removing my old shellac and told me how hard it was to get off (it's quality shellac, what did they expect?) -- I should have known that their surprise was foreshadowing their products were easy to remove/chip off (therefore lesser quality than other salons offering shellac). They stopped talking in their native language when they found out I understood their language -- interesting. CONCLUSION - I had old shellac on a few nails and the lady said she would take it off for free but when the manicure session ended (the lady nail tech went to lunch and the guy nail tech took over), I was charged £3 for shellac removal - I mentioned it to him but he insisted they always charge for shellac removal. Definitely not going back!

The pedicure chars give a great massage and the ladies who work there greet regulars like friends. Prices are good for the area. Cheaper nail bars nearby compromise service and quality for price.
