Sitting in a reclining back massage chair, my feet were worked tirelessly on, scrubbed, buffed, clipped, polished and pampered and I left with immaculate tootsies. I was very impressed with the work that they did, there were no issues and the staff were friendly. I also learnt one of the people working there is studying painting, the back is full of her works in progress and I do say, she's not half bad! It's very easy when visiting these sorts of places to feel like a number - however when we explained that we were going for lunch down the pub just a few roads away, they tried to insist that I borrow a pair of sandals so not to mess my polish up. That's what I call customer service and a half! It was a reasonable price for treatment, the polish that didn't smudge (even though I did wear my boots due to the rain) and my friend loved her nails, so a win for all really!

Today I went to see Tat and he gave me a great massage while focusing a lot on unlocking my shoulder which he almost succeeded in doing. It is much better now. His technique is a mixture of traditional Thai (you can just have that if you want) and some deep tissue oil massage which is really great if you have problems. He definitely knows his stuff. Oxygene is different. Firstly it's a bit of a tardis : lots and lots of space inside so you feel relaxed. The atmosphere is chilled too. They have more than 4 treatment rooms and at least 3 foot-basins for pedicures - so you can go with a gaggle of mates. They use Clarins and Gatineau products. The staff are skilled and friendly.
