My wife uses the salon a lot and has always been very happy with everything they've done. But I myself have never been, so you're getting this from a virginal source! I walk through the door and it was ultra busy, bearing in mind this was Saturday at 1pm. We sat down but didn't wait long, I got into the chair which had a basin at the bottom to put your feet in with a Jacuzzi effect, a little later I found that the chair had a massage feature too! I actually have very ticklish feet, so I amused the pedicurist while she was doing my feet. I sat in the chair for 30 - 40 minutes. She did such a good job I gave her a tip afterwards. I highly recommend them, if you've never had a pedicure, or have had many.

Had everything explained to me whilst she was doing the facial. My therapist didn't give me the hard sell to buy further treatments or make an appointment. She only asked if I wanted to receive monthly texts of their offers. On my way out she gave me a goodies bag with samples and also vouchers for discounts at the salon. Will come back again.

The quality of products used is excellent but i sometimes get the impression that the Polish woman rushes in order to fit even more people in, which leads to slightly shoddy workmanship. I have, on more than one occassion, had a shellac manicure chip quickly on the times that she rushes. Overall though i would recommend them to others and I will certainly continue to use their services.
