It was flawless for the 2 weeks and the guy doing it was quiet but really polite and sweet. I just booked it as it was convenient to work and I needed it done asap so it exceeded expectations. The second time I went was for an eyebrow thread as again- it was close and available near my work. I usually go to a different place as I am particular about my brows. A lady called Nokie did the treatment and it was amazing. Again, I am super fussy and vain about my brows as they are really thick and strong. She is a perfectionist and a really nice person. As she did such a good job I asked her about getting a bikini wax as I had never done one before and she talked me through the whole thing. I booked in for the following week and she was so professional and brilliant. Obviously not the most painless experience but she is so great at talking you through it and minimizing any embarrassment you might feel. Super therapist in my opinion. Possibly a bit more expensive than other salons but standard price for the area. I will always use this salon as they are super good at what they do and very customer focused. I don't mind paying slightly extra- they seem to be very good to their clientele so far so it is worth the extra to have a job well done.

I had felt that they had been rough when cleaning my cuticles but hadn't realized how rough it was until my fingers were drying under the heater and the whole side of my thumb was oozing blood. I know that mistakes happen from time to time so I told my technician that I was bleeding and I asked for antiseptic. He took a look and told me I was fine. I repeated myself in case he didn't understand and he continued to shake his head and say it was fine. I was absolutely appalled. I already paid so I slipped on my shoes and went straight to boots to pick up antiseptic. I really hope I don't get an infection but what really frustrates me is being gaslighted as if I am the problem. I will never return but still feel this isn't enough. I would like the owner to contact me if he or she is reading this review, and am seriously considering contacting the health department.

My pregnant feet had been hopping off subways and trains that day and walked many blocks just to find this place so I really depended on that massage but thank you for not giving 100% effort.
