A man working on the woman next to me slid over to finish my nails but was clearly very rushed and did the bare minimum - didn't push back cuticles even when I asked, no cuticle oil or lotion, very rushed. Then I had only dried my nails for 2 minutes when another employee came over, rubbed my nails to see how dry they were, and aggressively sprayed them with an aerosol, which smudged the polish. The employees were all too busy with other clients so I grabbed the varnish bottle and tried to fix it myself, but then it was too thick and as soon as I got home rubbed off. Terrible and with all the salons in Kingston I won't be returning here again.
