Probably one of the best nail salons I've ever been to! What's better than manis/pedis along with complimentary wine and mixed drinks? I'm currently pregnant so wasn't able to enjoy a beverage on both my visits but the experience made up for a lack of beverage for me. Beautiful salon, super clean, and great customer service. Recommend going on a weekday (or make an appointment) if you want to avoid waiting. The first time I stopped in it was a Sunday and pretty busy but still able to have a great experience. I live about an hour away from El Paso but this place is definitely worth the drive if you're in town already running errands. Prices are what you expect for a nice salon but not outrageous by any means. Great service is included in what you pay for. If I could give them six stars I would! Try this place out! P.S. The salon looks newer and smells of paint on the inside, but that wasn't a big deal. I actually thought it was going to be much better than it was. I came in for a gel mani and everything was ok until she put the gel on. It was all over my skin uneven by the cuticle. I even have a hair on my pinkie nail and bubbles trapped in the gel. I had to stop her on my second coat because she grabbed the normal nail polish and did my whole left hand before I mentioned it and she took it off. I hate hate hate spending my money on places like this and there's no point in asking for your money back because they always act like you do something wrong if you don't like it. read more

I'm giving it 3 stars because of my nail tech. I feel like she rushed through my pedicure when there was no need to, especially for $60. I'm not a cheap person, I believe in you get what you pay for; but it didn't dawn on me until I was getting ready to leave that the same ladies who were already there getting a pedicure when I initially came in, were still there and still receiving pedicures. No their nail techs weren't slow, they were being thorough in my opinion. Therefore I will give them another try because other than my tech, this place is what I've been looking for in El Paso. I love that they do gel pedis! Now I don't think it should be $15 just for gel (the pedi package I picked was $45...again, not a cheap person, just pissed about not being able to really enjoy it because I was rushed), but I believe that even though they say it's complimentary drinks, the extra prices are paying for cocktails. Yes, they serve cocktails. And even though I didn't get a mani, I inquired and they also have/do gel builder nails. I HATE acrylic! So finding someone in El Paso that does and has gel builder, is right up my alley. I'll give them another try and if I get better service I will most definitely update my rating. read more

My son had purchased a gift card for my birthday right when Covid started. I had my gift certificate and decided to use it yesterday since I am going to a wedding . Well I got there and asked for a pedi and when I went to pay I gave the girl my gift certificate and I was going to pay the difference. Well she took it to the owner and she came and told me she was bot going to honor it . I told her why she sod it was too long ago and she uses cards not certificates. I told her it was 50.00 and they don't expire it is money my son paid , I told her I was going to report her to the BBB. She got mad and told me she was going to take it and never to go back. !! First of all she was rude, and like I told her it was money I was not going to just throw away, This is the problem these nail places want to charge you for everything but when it is something they need honor they get all mad. She started filing my nails down like I was getting a full set and then she pulls out this jar and dipping my finger in the powder. This was the most painful pedicure I have ever had in my life, I was in agony throughout the entire process. My toenails were bleeding from the clippings! I tried to stop it, but he didn't understand a word I was saying, or any of my gestures! DO NOT GO THERE! I had Tom and he was great ! Going on 2 weeks on my polish and it still looks as great as day 1. He was very fast removing and applying new gel color. He also kept sharp clean edges, and gave me tips on how to care for my nails in between manicures. The salon is pretty with plenty of stations and the prices are reasonable. read more

The service started out good. I was greeted, offered water plus had a complimentary mimosa. I had a man that was doing my mani and pedi. He did my pedi in under 15 minutes did not do the whole works such as massage my feet, use the tool that looks like a cheese grater nor put lotion on my feet. Only my calves. Went on to my mani. I decided to try the powder.. I asked when he would be starting on my mani because he went ahead an started applying the powder on instead of soaking my hands in water and soap,, or whatever they use, taking off the cuticles, getting a massage and lathered up.. He went on to say that the powered nails don't do so well with water.. so I never got my nails washed, cuticle trim and treated whatsoever as any other place would have done. (Hello! Manicure!) Only had my nails done and on top of that I asked for a sugar skull, he said what I wanted was a sticker and he didn't have any. So I told him try your best so make it look like one. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait. Dulia was my nail tech and she will be until I move away from El Paso. THE WORST. today i came in stating that i wanted the acrylic overlay removed and gel polish. they then tell me it's going to be $5 for the removal and $20 for the gel. they then try to sell me the dip powder i say NO. then offer a manicure and i said NO. even the front desk clerk clarified to the nail tech what i wanted. when he's finally done, i go to pay and it's $35. i ask why, he then mentions how he gave me a manicure because my cuticles were "bad" (this was a total lie) i then mention how i didn't want that and they dropped the price to $30. a total SCAM. don't be fooled by the fancy appearance, it's total s**t. read more

Terrible service I went to get a pedicure and had never gone before I wanted gel so I got the colors and the employee took them alway said no and brought other ones the only thing he did was wet my feet put on lotion and dollar store polish but I was with my Mexican grandmother and speaking Spanish as soon as 2 white couples came in they were treated like Kong's I hate to admit it but even though the employees were mostly Asian they were extremely racist I even tried to pay my bill and was given a dirty look and I had to leave the tip on the table because he wouldn't get up to get it read more

We have been to quite a few places on Mesa on on the west side but had horrible service with cheap product used. We were even given complimentary huge pina coladas. Been here 3 or 4 times for a pedi and it's always awesome. Even if they are busy they find a way to get you started pretty quickly and always offer you something to drink. I normally get the sport pedicure which is 50 bucks and well worth the money. I've had my eyebrows waxed here as well and they do a good job with that too. This is my permanent nail place from now on. It would take some serious convincing to make me go anywhere else. read more

In El Paso this is a great Nail Shop. My girlfriend and I were in need of some pampering and as she is a Yelp Goddess, she found this place. I am an avid runner so keeping good care of my feet is important. This is a fairly new place but was well staffed and accepts walk ins. I was pleasantly surprised that the décor was very upscale looking with glass chandeliers and a yah get this.....a Full Bar! The quality of the workmanship was very good. I elected to do the Classic Pedi $25 with included a light callus scrub and leg message. While in the chair, they offer you free booze! I had a glass of moscato wine but could of had two :). Once I was complete, they adjusted my chair and allowed me to get another 15 minutes of chair massage while waiting for my woman. We will most definitely return. read more

After reading all of the raving reviews, I went and had a fill done. The owner was friendly, offering refreshments. The guy that did my nails was terrible! He was very rude and kept pulling my hands. I had to remind him to turn on the device for the schlack. 3 days after having my nails done, the polish began to peel off. That was the worst pedi I have ever received. I hardly ever go and get my nails done whether it's hands or toes, but I've been feeling kinda stressed lately and thought i deserved some self love. So I went with my mom and i asked for a pedi. I have never been to this place before. I only wanted to try it out bc I heard they served complimentary drinks and that they did a good job. So I ordered the $35 pedi which included a nail trim, calluses removal, and a massage. As she started her phone started to ring and each time she literally answered every call, with her gloves on and went back to doing my toes without changing the gloves. She then was removing my cuticles I guess and dude she kept going deeper and deeper and it hurt so bad, she literally made me bleed and my toe was thumping the rest of the day. She knew she messed up bc she said "oh no" and put some cream on it. Yes she did ask if I was okay but she still kept going at it on the same toe, when she was done painting them she got up and left to do someone else's manicure and didn't tell me if I was good to go or what so I just sat there for like 15 minutes. When she came back she put my sandals on and I asked her if my toes were dry and she was like "I don't know but it should be okay" and I was like uhm okay? So I had to walk out like a penguin just in case they were still wet. My mom also went and got a manicure and she walked out before me storming off. She said the lady was rude when my mom would ask her if it was going to last atleast two weeks and all she would say is "I don't know." She said the lady kept twisting her fingers hard and my mom told her to be careful but the lady would just make faces. That was the worst place we have ever gone to. The environment felt so lively . The decor was beautiful ! The wait was reasonable , it was a Saturday evening and every girl is trying to get their nails done for Valentine's weekend/night. When it was my turn , I was assisted to Donn. Donn is the greatest nail technician I ever had ! He made me feel welcomed and the conversation was good, made me laugh a lot . Just moved to El Paso and needed to get my nails done. I made an appointment (manicure/pedicure)for later that day with Dulia. When I got there the place was very nice, clean, and modern looking. I was greeted by the staff and taken to a pedicure station. They also offered me a drink (I had a mimosa). Then they had me choose from a list of different pedicures from a booklet. I chose the "sports pedicure" as it described a deeper message. The pedicure was put heaven! Honestly the best pedicure of my life. It involved limes, oatmeal, sea salt, and othe types of oils. It was amazing. My toe nails look fabulous as well. The manicure was not as involved as the pedicure but also very good. I think I paid a total of 70 for both (I didn't get a gel polish-just normal polish). I will be going back to the nail bar and to Dulia! read more
