At every step she engaged with me, and she and her husband were so kind. I keep hopping to different salons because it feels so impersonal and disrespectful sometimes. Where you feel like a number or a nuisance just by being there. Not in this salon. All of the customers there were treated with the same respect and kindness. They also called us all by our first names to say goodbye. I will learn their names next time because I'm definitely coming back. And not to mention they lean towards the low-toxic products, and knew all about the new concerns about toxic gel products that have been in the news lately. I really appreciate their attention to customer health! Finally, I am soo happy with the color and design of my French manicure! Made petite nails look so cute, and the price was good!

The main room has four pedicure massage chairs on one side and manicure tables on the other. There are a couple back rooms for massages and facials, but it's been a number of years since I've seen them. It was easy to book back to back appointments online so that one of us could keep an eye on my little one while we were out. There were two women working, and they were very friendly and accommodating. There was just enough space for the stroller next to my pedicure chair, so I could happily soak my feet and enjoy the massage chair while Lee did my MIL's nails first. My feet really needed some TLC and were very happy after the soak, short massage, and scrub. I wish we could have opted for a longer massage! Lee did a great job with my nails. I opted for a festive color and feel ready for the holidays. A number of regulars came by while we were there, which was a nice sign. The prices were very reasonable too. I plan to come back!

I'm here for a pedicure so naturally I look down at one of their feet as she was sitting in the chair. Her pedicure looked great. What I love is they listen to what you are asking of them. Ana continuously kept asking which I appreciate. The music is like eating at fine dinning. So good Jazz and piano playing. I like that because no one loves hearing covers of modern day songs. Now, my opinion of my pedicure. With the regular pedicure you get this nice orange calf scrub. Smells so good, doesn't last long less then 30 sec each leg. It is followed up with a hot stone massage and hand massage which is way more than 30 secs. Ana is so good at it, I wanted to sleep. So I made a mistake and guess didn't tell her I needed my toes even so I was apologizing. This woman came from a far with attitude, I said no need I didn't tell her I'm apologizing. Then she gave me this you better be look. That was wild, it was not Ana. She was a peach the whole time. My pedicure is beautiful, I like it here.

Everyone in there is really nice and the shop itself is beautiful, clean, and smells really good. They charged me 5$ extra for OPI regular polish cause "it last longer." I never heard of that and usually get my toes done before my polish fades anyway, but of course I did it. There are no bubbles in the water, and I felt kind of cheated out of the best parts of a pedicure. The massaging and bottom foot scrub. She was so delicate about everything that it didn't feel like anything was getting done. I wanted my nails cut a bit but kind of evened out to the rest, think that was communicated correctly, or I was misheard. I didn't want to correct her after cause I felt like then it would all just get cut super short. All in all, the manicure came out nice, Just wish my nails were more the same length. Makes it weird some short some long. I usually just do the tip of the ring finger, I've never been charged extra to do it, but they charge 3$. Of course I paid it. They put gloves on your hand to make it easy when you're taking your gel off. I did enjoy it here. All in all, I am happy with the outcome, and I will be going back.

I asked to have my gel removed, and according to the salon's official price list, this service costs $5. However, I was charged an additional $15 instead. No one informed me about the extra charge beforehand--they simply added it to the final bill, which I found very disappointing and I didn't even do a design on my nails. What bothered me the most, though, was the attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist and the other employees. They were neither welcoming nor friendly, and I genuinely felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, I even felt discriminated against because of the way I was treated. A warm and respectful customer experience is just as important as the quality of the service, and this salon fell far short in that regard
